Listen here now, after one year. If you are looking for a gym that has equipment to work your whole body's physiology, this particular Anytime Fitness branch is second to none for equipment.
The the people here are culturally diverse and the gym is never too busy, in my experience. Whenever I go to the gym, it could be literally at any time, because that is simply, my temperament, and that is so good, because it's never too busy.
Whenever I need to workout, get rid of stress, can't sleep, feel like I need medication, the gym is the place I go and it works for me.
Just think, you don't wanna go to the gym, but you know it's gonna be better for you if you do. So, you just go for a 20kg workout or a 40kg workout, even if it's a 5kg workout, it's worth it. Going around and coming round the apparatus, is better than anything, especially after a workout.
Culturally, you will find no intimidation. Some people are very strong, I must admit, but more likely to be for you and not against you in your journey. You have to trust me, that the vibe of this place is good, and if you need help with your fitness, come here.
This club is child safe, interactional, friendly, accepting, even loving and caring, and I can assure you, it is safe at all times of the day or night. If you need fitness therapy training, if you have severe physical challenges and health conditions, I can assure you as a member of this club for one year now, definitely, join this gym.
Truly, as a member and not an employee of Anytime Fitness, yes, do sign up and make sure you go every day as much is as possible for you.

After my time at the gym I felt like I learnt so much more because of the great help and support Adam showed me while I was working out, he was watching me do my sets then came over to me, introduced himself and offered me some advice. I took the advice because I’m only new to going to the gym so I’m still learning things as I go along, he showed me proper techniques in the exercises I was doing with the gym equipment which really made me feel my muscle activation more which made me feel a lot better and gave me a proper pump. He was so nice, friendly and easy going, if I had to recommend someone to help people train it would definitely be him, don’t get me wrong all the staff are wonderful but Adam was extremely good especially for him to take the time out of his shift to help me and give me some much needed advice, I’ll forever appreciate that because it’s something that I’ll remember every time I train in the gym. I hope to see him around more often so I can ask him for more tips and advice if I need. If you see this Adam thank you heaps and keep people the person you are to make a positive impact on others like you...
Read moreThis gym used to be good, but unfortunately over the last few months it has become increasingly frustrating and intolerable to train here.
The machines in the free weights area are all over the place. There is a shoulder press machine that constantly moves from behind the benches to sometimes right between them, and the benches are now either too close together or scattered between other machines. This machine is often so close behind the benches that if someone is using the bench in front of it, no one can get into the machine. There is no structure to the layout of this area.
The lack of consideration of some people doesn’t make it any better as dumbbells and plates are left all over the floor.
There is also a lack of cleanliness and hygiene. The benches have sweat left all over them sometimes, and when they are wiped the paper towels are thrown on the floor. There are also empty water bottles and supplement bottles left everywhere, including on the dumbbell racks.
I have brought up these issues with staff and remained a member in the hopes that things would improve, but they haven’t. It’s a real shame because I really used to enjoy...
