We use this CARSPA all the time for general car washing and for the they're brilliant. Unfortunately I turned up (as they suggested) the other day to get my leather interior cleaned and treated. The car went through the usual car wash fairly quickly and then just sat out the front doing nothing. One guy finally started on the interior until two employees started arguing and fighting between each other in front of everyone! After waiting for 2 hours the car was finally done. I was then told the guy doing the service also cleaned the plastics inside the car for free! Got in the car and other than being wet and shiny the seats clearly hadn't been cleaned as I'd expected. I thought the seats would have been steam cleaned and then treated but again nope, just covered in something, in fact they looked worse after the service which cost me $160!!! I couldn't tell you what leather treatment they did on the car. I sent them photos and comments that day to be told its a warn seat (cars only done 86,000 kms) and damaged so if they cleaned any more it would damage the seat. A complete waste of 2 hours (plus 30 mins each way to get there) and $160. **** In response to your comments: What was actually used on the seats to make them look worse? The car sat there (as did I) for 2 hours and was hardly touched in that time. As I said complete waste of money and wont be using CARSPA again. ***** And that response says it all!

I don't usually write reviews, however, I feel the need to this time. I have been using this car service for years and haven't had an issue until now. Firstly, my son called to see if they were open and was told 5:30pm was closing time. When I arrived at 4:30, I was told they were closed. I explained that my son had called and was told 5:30, so they decided, begrudgingly, to wash my car. The manager told me it would be $58, even though I had only ever paid $48. He told me it was because my car was a wagon. Clearly, from the photos, you can see that it isn't a wagon. It's a hatchback. He argued and said he'd been doing it for years and knew what he was talking about. He eventually agreed to do it for $48 as if he was doing me some sort of favour. I told him I'd been going for years and he said I'd never been there before. I have receipts to prove that I have as I send them to my car leasing company for reimbursement. After finding the paperwork to show that it was in fact a hatchback, he rolled his eyes and didn't want to listen or admit he was in the wrong. It took about 10 minutes to clean my car inside and out, so clearly it was also a rush job. All of the people I came into contact with on the day were rude and unpleasant. I definitely won't be going back.

Really, everyone should have trust in the reviews posted here. I don't know how these people are still in business—they're truly bad. After two visits, I can honestly say that this business have zero experience providing excellent customer service. The employees are rude and pushy. It's understandable why everyone in the reviews continues bringing it up because that's the truth. These guys don't communicate well, almost as if having us around is a burden. After waiting for 45 minutes, I eventually returned to my car, which was as shown in the photographs below. How nasty is this? I called one of their employees over to have a look at the dirts around my car, he then calls his manager/supervisor and he simply said, "That's everything you paid for," before leaving me there to help another customer. How are these guys still in business?

There was no half star option but I would rate this 2.5 out of 5 if I could. I’ve been to this place a few times recently and it is a hit or miss. My most recent visit was today, Saturday afternoon and it looked not too busy, couple of cars but not super packed.

I get that this is not the easiest job physically so it can be tiring but at least acknowledge or say hi to your guests. All I got was an approach by a staff member with the paperwork and a look. The person at the cafe was nice though, had a smile and attentive.

Now to the carwash itself. I got the $39 ultra wash (outside only) so it is not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. What they have in value and speed (only took them 30mins which is not bad), they do lack in quality and attention to detail.

Overall, it was ok but there were some spots e.g. on my doors which they either missed or clearly didn’t bother to put their back into it a bit to get rid of the stains. I did observe the team towel drying the car and knew instantly that I was going to have to double check some areas that I saw them miss (I wash my own car quite a bit so I know these areas quite well). Disappointingly, my chrome exhaust tips were not cleaned and wiped dry and the real kicker is that they clearly didn’t bother to wipe down my rims. They were wet as if the car just came out of the wash, clear droplets visible and water pooling at the bottom of the rim dish.

If you’re looking for a sparkling clean and dry for your carwash, probably go elsewhere Personally, I think I might have to find another place and maybe return to here only if I need a quick wash before going somewhere...

My 2 week old car was very dirty after a trip to the border of NSW,, I was quite open about the fact that it was going to take a fair amount of effort to clean it. I said I don't care what it costs I want it thoroughly cleaned in and out, at that point they said they only wanted to do the outside and I just went along with that reiterating that I am fussy and just want an excellent job no matter the cost. Well after they spent time on it, handed it back to me, and I pointed out where they had completely missed even washing with a pressure washer, sitting back down and waiting for them to do that "excellent job" I paid and asked for, I gave up. Literally I gave up trying to get the job done properly, there was still heavy dirt and grime around the inside of the exterior door handles on the rear doors, mud still under the wheel arches. Let me say that I stopped going here about a year ago because I was disappointed at least 3 cleans in a row for the lack of effort, the fact I thought I would give them another chance hoping for a positive outcome was optimistic, they used to do such a good job, I don't know whats happened that they have let their previously good service go downhill. This my friends is the last time I will spend my money with them. I will take my...
