KFC Parklea — Restaurant in Sydney

I recently ordered chicken tenders from Parklea KFC, but what I received was not what’s advertised. Instead of proper tenders, I got large pieces of chicken breast that had just been sliced up and cooked as if they were tenders. That’s not what tenders are — it’s misleading, plain and simple. When a product is advertised as tenders, it should actually be tenders. Swapping it out with a different cut and passing it off as the real thing is not a simple mistake — it’s knowingly selling something under false pretences. I expect the store manager to report this issue to the relevant team. This kind of feedback needs to be passed on to whoever supplies or prepares these products, because if this happened to me, it’s probably happening to others as well. While this might continue as long as complaints and reports are not received in large numbers, at least I’m doing my part to report this issue. If KFC wants to maintain trust with its customers, this sort of thing can’t be ignored.

As mentioned in my initial complaint, I ordered chicken tenders from Parklea KFC, but what I received were large pieces of chicken breast that had been sliced up and cooked as tenders, which was not what I ordered or what was advertised. These pieces were tough and dry, unlike the tender, juicy tenders that KFC is known for. I’ve attached a photo to show the issue more clearly. Worst experience at KFC ever one of the Staff has no manner, they forget to give me the juice i told them, instead of giving it to me they slide the bottle across the table, i asked them no mayo, no lettuce on my zinger burger they still put it and told me to show the proof out of all the 4 burgers that they got the order wrong, never seen this type of behaviour in any KFC, they should learn to trust their customers, i also asked them for extra tissues and they told me they're already in the bag how more do you need, there's a reason i asked extra tissue!! Worst service ever, the staff has no manners specifically towards darker skinned people compared to lighter skinned people. Such a shame to have this type of racism in a multicultural country...

I ordered the street feast $19.95 for 6pc original kitchen, 6 nuggets, 3 tender strips, 2 large chips and 2 sauces.

When I got home, I'm so disappointed with the food quality.

What the F* smallest pieces I've ever seen in whole my life. One of the pieces is just the end part of the wing, which is only have very pointed end of wing.

3 tender strips?? One is broken piece and two so so old and small..

Looks like it's been cookd the day before.. So dry and small even it's broken.

2 large chips? Put less.. I can tell that are small chips in large box.

There were no sauce at all. I asked two Aioli sauces when I order.

To be honest, I don't want to give them even one star.
