The food and service were equally pathetic and absolute disgust.
I ordered chicken biriyani and dosa, it took over 25 minutes for Dosa and five more minutes for chicken biriyani, felt like old chicken biriyani reheated and sold. Dosa was pathetic, what could be easiest and simplest food with no complications turned out to be messy from this place. It was made on an uneven pan and it didn't have any basic look dosa has I have added the picture for your reference, to show how the bad the chutney was, it was not coconut chutney but someone who added shredded coconut with some salt and served and you can see there is no chutney only. I bought two dosas but came with two different type of chutneys. I complained to the lady at the counter who said okay and did not even apologize. These kind of people and businesses are a disgrace for any others in the same business and deserved to be closed. Over $40 spent here is definitely waste and never will do it again.
Do not recommend at all.

Read moreMy family and I have been loyal weekly customers of Kulcha House at Parklea Market for a while, and we've always looked forward to our visit. However, the quality of the Amritsari kulchas, our favorite dish, has been consistently disappointing lately.
The texture of the kulchas now feels like we're eating ready-made bread, which is a far cry from the fresh, traditional kulchas we used to enjoy there. This decline in quality really takes away from the experience.
While the service is still great and the menu has a lot of variety, we've only ever gone for the Amritsari kulchas and the momos. Unfortunately, the momos also seem to be frozen rather than freshly made. It's frustrating to pay for dishes that no longer meet the quality standards we expect.
Overall, it's a shame to see the food quality drop so much. We hope the restaurant can bring back the authentic taste and texture that made us loyal customers in the...
Read moreDelicious Kulcha, proper quantity and excellent pricing !
This small food has all the deserving qualities which every customer looks at time. Right in the proper market location, it is a rush shop and as seen everyone is in hurry. Appreciate the staffs that they were managing pretty well. Ordered Amritsari Kulcha with Chole, it was colourful and tasty as we find in the streets on India. The smell was very hunger generating and served in proper Indian style. Much impressed to see how they cater all these here in Australia. Pricing is very much better than a better lot here. Even we just sat on the table for a short time just to grab something quick as we were in rush. But surely will come here sometime later and will try some amazing Indian street food. As of now I rate them 5/5 for great food and real quick service. Keep...
