Overall the oven clean was good no complaints, found on google and grabbed a quote from them and several companies. Clean oven were not the cheapest but had good reviews overall so went with them. The service and communication was fine. Got a quote of $285 for an oven and under griller clean reasonable but as stated not the cheapest offer. Guy arrived carried out the clean wife who was home said he was courteous and did the work with minimal discussion and just got to it. When the job was completed I recieved a message via text only for total bill $350! When I rang my wife to question it as the quote was $285 we were told it wasn't a griller so it was extra! At no time did my wife get told on site. What would have been honest and good service was to tell us at job commencement or during, that the work would be more. At no point was this done, just a bill shock via SMS to pay. As I said others presented competitive quotes and $350 was out of the ball park and well over other companies. Others asked me to take a photo of the oven and that way they could quote acurately and know what they were up for. Clean oven did not use this approach. As such left a poor taste and poor overall. After an epic fail of cleaning my oven with the bicarbonate paste I made ending up in between the has layers of the glass door I did some research on oven cleaners that come to you and chose Clean ovens due to their excellent reviews . Leonard cleaned my oven today and I can’t believe how clean my 900mm oven and 5 burner cooktop came up . They look brand new !! All of the baked in grime removed and burnt on grime around the burners are gone ! Leonard was very clean and tidy and used tarps on the floor and sink to protect the area . Not only did he clean my oven and stove he also cleaned the sink after using it and it too is all shiny and sparkling. I can’t recommend this service highly enough and I will definitely use them again in the future when needed . Leonard of Oven Clean made an amazing job of cleaning our oven on Friday,our oven that hadn’t been cleaned in years and was in a shocking state after we had rented our house out for a period of time.

Leonard was a pleasure to have in our home and he did a 110% job that far exceeded my expectations. After the oven had a professional clean i expected it was going to look good,however i didn’t anticipate that it was going to look as good as it turned out to be.

The oven is sparkling and has got a new lease of life and looks like new again. Leonard cleaned the oven,hob top and range hood with all 3 looking magnificent.
