I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Halal Meat Company. I ordered halal meat from them, spending over $100 to be eligible for delivery. Despite specifying that I needed the delivery after 5 pm due to my office hours and not being offered any alternative days, they were inflexible and refused home delivery. As a result, I had to carry the heavy bags from work to home, a considerable inconvenience made worse by the fact that I had to do it in high heels and without access to a car. My meat was incredibly fresh, clean and packaged well and was delivered on the same day.
Your online platform is easy to use, when I messaged on the mobile number to have the chicken skinned, whoever replied to my message was polite.

When lockdown was announced, I called them up and they advise they can still deliver since they have staff living outside the lockdown area & they are providing essential service. They insisted me not to cancel the order and they confirmed they will deliver before the weekend after Eid. 2-3 days after Eid they emailed saying they cannot deliver with no changes in lockdown rules.
