Rolletna’s recent installation of a motorised blind, which followed previous installations by Rolletna of the same product, proceeded smoothly and efficiently. I am very happy with the work carried out. In addition to the excellent standard of work and quality of the blinds, Rolletna’s after-sales service is First Class. Some years previously Rolletna had installed internal blinds which subsequently needed to be removed for house renovations. Rolletna was willing to come to my house, take down the blinds and store them for me until the renovation had been completed, whereupon the blinds were then re-installed - all at no cost. I called Rolletna today to seek help on why my external blinds were not responding to the Somfy remote. The lovely lady that answered my call listened to my concerns then said she would have Jamie call me back to see help if he could help via the phone before booking a service. Jamie called promptly and patiently ran through every possible reason for the problem I was describing , he was extremely professional and patient.
