Had an awful experience at Ubika. Had booked a massage on 22/4 online for 1/5. Arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment as asked. Upon walking in I said I had an appointment, the person working at reception asked my name. I gave it to her. Proceeded to ask for my name again and then a co worker asked for my name again. The receptionist kept looking at her screen asking me when I had booked etc. I showed her my email on my phone confirming my appointment. Instead of asking me to take a seat and offer me a water and perhaps saying there’s been a bit of a mix up and we will sort it out, the person acted like I was some kind of scam artist trying to hustle my way in. She asked me to spell my name again and repeated my phone number back to me incorrectly. Not friendly, not helpful. The receptionist said she could book another appointment and that it was her co-workers fault that worked on the day I made the booking. You never throw a co-worker under the bus. I made a booking, I received confirmation. There was no effort at all to see if they could squeeze me in… even though technically I had booked in. No effort to make up for the mistake. Customer Service - Zero Politeness - Zero Will I go...

I had a disappointing experience at this spa. The front desk staff were incredibly unhelpful and provided poor customer service. They should have shown us the facilities, including the lockers and changing room, which made the whole experience confusing and frustrating. We went into the massage room with all our clothes and belonging rather than changing into the robe and putting our belonging in the locker.

The massage itself was also very disappointing. The therapist lacked proper technique, and I felt more like someone was applying oil on my body rather than giving a good massage. When I asked the therapist to apply more pressure twice, they said this was not a high-pressure massage. At this point, I gave up and accepted that we made a wrong decision by booking this spa.

Overall, I would not recommend this spa to anyone. The poor customer service from the front desk and the therapist's lack of proper massage techniques made for a disappointing experience, given the price they were charging.

Indulged in a 90 minute treatment for myself. Flaminia/ Flominia was so lovely and gave the most amazing massage. She provided excellent medium pressure and was kind to check often if the pressure was comfortable. I will certainly be requesting her in future, when we visit next time. So many nice plush towels provided in the treatment.

The receptionist Faith was very polite, she really provided outstanding customer service when I queried a booking error on arrival. Thanks again for that. Very grateful.

I was a bit confused on the location of the Day Spa, so I will suggest to continue on after the main reception parking and take the next right. The spa is at the rear and just up a few steps nearby the ice rink. Super quiet location. My treatment was blissfully quiet and relaxing with soothing music playing.
