We visited the store a few months ago and the store was fantastic, it inspired us to get into the reptile hobby. But when we visited recently the place has changed. Dirty enclosures with leftover sheds and fecal matter, one of the adult carpet pythons was infested with mites, no hides or decor for the adult snakes, no prices or labels and no customer service. I ended leaving feeling very disappointed as I want to see the reptile hobby thrive. Places like this should enspire people.
