I placed an order at the café today and had an extremely disappointing experience. We waited for over an hour, and the burgers were left sitting out for more than 10 minutes while we waited for the rest of our order—chips and scallops.

When we checked the order, we noticed one of the burgers was missing cheese. Upon mentioning this, the owner (or the man working there) was incredibly rude and arrogant. It seems he never has enough staff, which might explain the poor service.

When we finally sat down to eat, the Wagyu burger was extremely dry, with only a thin strip of onion. The bread was also dry and unappealing. For $14 per burger, this is completely unacceptable.

I will not be ordering from this café again. Honestly, you’re better off bringing food from home. The owner could definitely use a lesson in customer service and...

If I could rate the customer service a 0… I would. The gentleman who takes the orders is very rude and arrogant. Expect his eyes to roll when you ask for an extra spoon or straw if you or your child accidentally drops it on the floor. The lady working in the ‘kitchen’ - very much the same. Throws the food on the counter. Whatever you do - don’t ask for extra salt on your chips or a closed lid box. (The seagulls attack and it’s hard to carry open boxed chips when carrying a 2 year old). The treatment and racist remarks made by the lady are beyond okay and shouldn’t not be a part of our society, the man I spoke to seemed genuine, he apologised for her behaviour and said he would speak to her, I strongly consider more than just speaking to her, if she is serving customers and the face of your business you won’t have a business if something doesn’t change!! Look at the last number of reviews it’s appalling, the lady is not cut out for customer service it’s a great location shame about the distasteful service!!
