I visited this place twice because I really enjoyed the food for the first time. However, during my second visit, I had a very unpleasant experience. The waiter spoke to us in a harsh and rude manner, telling us to "slow down," which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. It made me uncomfortable, as it seemed to be none of his business how fast or slow we were deciding.

Additionally, the waiter made loud and disruptive noises while using the stairs, which further added to the negative atmosphere. Sadly, I couldn't help but feel that my treatment was influenced by my ethnicity. Just because I am Asian should not be a reason for poor service or discrimination.

We visited during a lively town festivity, and although the restaurant was absolutely packed, we were happy to find a spot at the waiting table and enjoy a pizza. 🍕 The atmosphere was buzzing, and the staff handled the crowds with friendliness and speed.

Service was welcoming and efficient — our pizzas arrived quickly, and overall we were pleased. I had the rucola pizza, which was tasty, but I personally would have liked more vegetables topping — the rucola and cherry tomatoes were on the sparse side. Prices were fair. 32,70 EUR for two large pizzas and a cola. It took quite a long time to get the bill, but considering how full the restaurant was, it’s understandable.

Bisher habe ich das Restaurant zwei Mal besucht und ich muss sagen, dass Ambiente gefällt mir gut. Auch das Personal, welches uns AM TISCH bediente war nett. Ich habe bis jetzt aber auch 2 Mal zum Mitnehmen bestellt, beide Male wurde ich enttäuscht. Bei beiden Bestellungen ging es jeweils um 2 Pizzen. Beim ersten Mal wurde mir am Telefon (es war 14:45) gesagt ich solle in einer halben Stunde das Essen abholen. Zur gesagten Zeit war ich dann da. An jenem Tag war zu dieser Uhrzeit mehr Personal vor Ort als Kundschaft. Ich hatte schlussendlich eineinhalb Stunden zu warten. Für zwei Pizzen ist das zu lange. Ich verstehe längere Wartezeiten zu gewissen Uhrzeiten, nicht aber um 15 Uhr. Wenn man weiß man kommt in der Küche nicht klar, dann kann man die Telefonleitung unterbrechen oder eben sagen es dauert länger. Beim zweiten Mal mussten wir ebenfalls eine Stunde warten… Wir fragten wiederum um 2 Pizzen (Margharita, geschnitten und mit Mais), weil wir draußen gegessen hätten. Weder Mais noch geschnitten. Als wir darauf höflich aufmerksam machten wurden wir von einer Kellnerin unter anderem mit „Kurwa“ beleidigt. Das Essen war aber immer top. Es ist erst der Anfang, wo es natürlich nicht alles glatt laufen kann und das verstehe ich.
