Wheelchair accessible, easy to get around and great on a hot day.
I visited on a hot day so parking was limited and the pool was packed, but it was a good experience nonetheless. The ticket I got was a paid ticket, but an additional free ticket was given for a carer. It is inside a large property with lots of green space and lovely spots to sit for a picnic.
The pool was very busy, but the water temperature was nice and refreshing. Lifeguards are on duty and there is a large 3m diving board over a very deep section of the pool. I was able to transfer from my chair onto the raised section (the pool is higher than ground level) and then throw myself into the pool. Getting out I went up the stairs and then slowly made my way back to a spot with my chair. They might have proper equipment for wheelchair access, but I didn’t try to find it. I think the lifeguards would offer to help either way (not sure about any potential language barrier). I’m not sure why, but I didn’t seem to take any photos of the actual pool. insert Homer Simpson “Doh!” here

Read moreThe place is crowded but okay. The problem is with the ticket system. We have bought normal tickets without cabinet keys. They handled us the paper tickets like it's done everywhere else. But later when we have left they asked the ticket back, because as they said that validates the fact that we didn't have cabinet keys. Of course we have already threw away the paper slips because nobody told us to keep them (nor the ticket handler, nor any signs by the entrance). So we stood there by the exit and tried to explain that we didn't have keys and nobody told us to keep the slips so we don't have them. Nobody spoke any other languages so we explained everything in German but still they said we can't exit without a ticket. Nonsense. So after 5 minutes of pointless arguing they "kindly" told us to get the he'll out of there. So for us the place is an absolute no-go. Never again. Keep away if you don't want to...
Read morehave arrived there at 10am, plenty of space on the greens, in the sun and also in the shade, moderate number of guests in the pools, various pool sections and pools, more visitors later on during the day, water slide only opened after 1pm, open for 1/2 hour, than closed for 1/2 hour, and open again and so on. quite a few people, of course mostly kids on the slide. due to the short opening time and the long waiting-line, only few turns are possible during the short opening periods. playground for younger kids with water attrections, climbing and sandground not busy and all, partly in the shade - perfect. nice view from higher viennese outskirts...
