Four of us took a Moorings cat out of New Providence across the banks for a week long cruise of the upper Exumas chain, making it down to Staniel Cay. We were all certified divers, and have chartered in the BVI numerous times, and diving has always been a major part of our trips. The dive sites in the BVI are well marked, air fill stations plentiful, and most of our diving is done from our own yacht or dinghy. It became apparent that this type of diving infrastructure does not exist in the Bahamas, at least in the Exumas we cruised. No tanks to rent. No air fill stations. No maps of dive sites that I could find. As we definitely wanted to dive in the beautiful waters of the Exumas, we searched for a dive operator and found Staniel Cay Adventures, with great reviews. We chartered a trip leaving from the dock by the Staniel Cay Yacht Club for the four of us. The center console boat was very nice and fast. The ride to the dive sites was a highlight of our trip, passing celebrities Islands. Dive sites were beautiful. Snacks on the boat were refreshing. All in all, one of the nicest dive trips I've been on. I would have loved to go with them on others days, but...........the price. Although a fantastic two tank trip, it was by far the most expensive day trip I've ever taken. I went diving in Aruba earlier this year, and the price of 3 two tank day trips was cheaper than this one trip. In summary, you won't be disappointed in the way you will be treated by Staniel Cay Adventures. However, be prepared to...

I cannot say enough positive things about this company! I was nervous at first because of there only being 5 star reviews, but now I understand why. My partner and I booked the full day Exumas Pig Excursion with the flight from Nasssau. We had booked a group tour but to our delight found out it would just be us - we ended up getting a private tour! Our tour guide Reshawn went out of his way to make sure we were having the time of our lives. He even changed the schedule around to allow me to spend more time at the spots I wanted (Pig Island!). He had absolutely everything we needed and then some. Drinks, snacks, sunscreen, sanitizer, clean towels, even Tylenol for my headache - they thought of it all. Our day: early morning wake up with a trip to the airport (we set up the taxi) short plane ride to Staniel Cay (bring your passport) arrived in Staniel Cay and got right onto our tour boat. Stopped at Pig Island — they had food and a baby bottle to feed the pigs! Stopped to swim with nurse sharks (the guide got in the water to help us hold and pet the sharks!) Lunch at a delicious restaurant (prices were on par for everywhere else, $60 for two meals approx) Snorkled two spots - they provided all the gear Visited the iguanas for our last stop before returning home via plane. Staniel Cay Adventures made my birthday trip better than I could have imaged. I researched a lot of companies before deciding on them. My final words to you...

Staniel Cay Adventures is a first class group. We’ve been on excursions all over the Caribbean and Central America and we’ve never seen service like this. They meet you at the dock with a mat for your feet, a basket for your shoes and a friendliness that instantly puts you at ease. They have cold waters and sodas, snacks, sunscreen, fluffy towels and phone chargers. We were very impressed with Staniel Cay Adventures and plan to use them again when we return next year.

Our family spent two weeks going on various trips with Staniel Cay Adventures. We did all the touristy tours with Rashad and Dezi. They are a great team and they made every trip amazing. Their knowledge of each location and inside information (buying bread at Lorraine’s on Black Point, etc) gave us a deeper look into each location. They offered us cold beverages, snacks and got our snorkel gear ready for us. My daughters and I also took two incredible scuba diving trips. Cameron and Kieran are the most fabulous team. Kieran got our gear ready and helped us put it on. Cameron’s knowledge of the dive sites and sea life made for incredible dive experiences. Kieran snorkeled with my two younger daughters when they didn’t want to scuba dive. He kept them safe and made their day fun. Kieran’s music playlists were also on point!!!

We highly recommend Staniel Cay Adventures and can’t wait to get back...

What a wonderful trip organized by Staniel Cay Adventures! We had a mini family reunion in The Bahamas and wanted to spend some quality time with the kids and avoid the crowd and Keiran and his team totally delivered, from beginning to end. We boarded a short flight from Nassau to Exuma, super service and so convenient and what a view! When we landed, the boat was only 100 meters away, how convenient, no time wasted. From there, the team of Roshad and Bri brought us to the various locations well before the other tours so we had the places to ourselves. This was exactly what we had hoped for, some quality time with just our family. Roshad and Bri also gave us background information not just on the swimming pigs, nurse sharks and the iguanas but also about their own lives on the islands. They were super hosts and the best part is I found out they also do fishing, diving and other charters. Maybe next year. Staniel Cay Adventures, Keiran, Roshad and Brie totally delivered. The price is not cheap but for us, totally worth the lasting memory. The swimming pigs are popular but for us the highlight was the nurse sharks and spending time with Roshad and Bri and our family just bumming around on a sand bar with crystal clear waters. I would consider this even better than the fish trip the day before where we landed some giant wahoos and a blue marlin!

So far this trip is in my top 5 favorites. From the minute i land Shaun was at the Staniel Cay Airport waiting for us, he was so professional, super nice and knowledgeable about his surrounding. We were there on a business trip so we had a short period of time to explore the island and with Shaun he made it possible. Not only we were able to go to all the places like Thunderball Grotto, the swimming pigs, the nurse sharks, the iguanas and the sand bar and we spent the right amount of time at each place (not too short, not too long). I wanted to go inside of the cave but i couldn't go because i don't know how to swim but Shaun was kind enough to carry me on his back and go inside of the cave with me. Looking at the sky from inside of the cave was breath taking. They offer plenty of snacks, soft drinks and you have your own dj too :-), the boat is so clean and their snorkeling gear are so well maintain. I am going back and bring my whole family with me so they can experience the same thing i just experienced. Thank you so much Shaun and Staniel Cay Adventures, you guys rock. If someone is looking for a fun day trip in Staniel Cay don't look any further, you don't need to take my words for it just look at the pictures
