We have been coming to the beach for the past 16 years, and since the renovation after COVID, we've been visiting even more frequently. Unfortunately, we have never had such a horrible experience with the employees in the umbrella section as we did today.
We arrived and paid the fees for our umbrellas, only to discover a few minutes later that an employee named Mujeeb Alrahman approached us and demanded that we give up two of our sunbeds and an umbrella for other guests. We politely explained that we typically need four sunbeds for our family, but he insisted on taking two of ours to sell to others. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He even stood by our beds while we were at sea and offered them to another couple.
My husband couldn't take it anymore, so he paid extra for additional sunbeds because Mujeeb claimed that new regulations meant children were no longer entitled to sunbeds, which has never been the case in our many previous visits. This was highly disappointing and made for a terrible experience.
Instead of providing more umbrellas and sunbeds for beachgoers, he seemed more interested in taking ours. This was a horrible experience, primarily due to the actions of this employee.
In addition to the disgusting bathrooms and the fact that you can find men showering in the women's side without security available in the area.
The carts used to be free, but today, they have different rates, according to the cart driver.
The security should focus on intruders who didn't pay any money to be on the beach with the umbrellas. They came and went on our side, and I had to tell Mujeeb about it because he was so concerned with us and our sunbeds instead of doing his job! Horrible,...

Zallaq Beach charges 2 BD to access what is essentially a sunlit reminder that money can, in fact, buy regret. In exchange, you're given a voucher that looks promising until you try to use it—at which point you're met with a locked door and a closed sign.
Arrive at 7 PM, thinking you’ll grab a bite or drink, and you’ll be informed with a straight face: “Sorry, we are closed.” Because why would a beach resort serve people during prime beach hours?
This isn’t a leisure spot; it’s performance art in the form of consumer disillusionment. Three people, 6 BD, and the only takeaway is a paper slip and the awareness that you’ve overpaid for silence and sand.
The staff are polite and apologetic, but utterly powerless. You’ll hear the line, “Everything is prepaid,” which roughly translates to, “You’ve already paid, and now it’s your problem.”
Value? If you threw your 2 BD directly into the sea, at least the waves wouldn’t lie to you.
Final Summary:
One star, only because the wind works for free. Cost: 6 BD plus pride. Food? Not unless you brought it. Vibe: Coastal disappointment with premium pricing.
Recommendation: Bring your own supplies and expectations set to zero. Or save the time and scream into a roadside puddle—it’s the same experience, minus...

Sunsets here are magic. Plenty of soft sand to run and play on.There are good showers and changing room facilities. There is also a VIP area with umbrella where you can sit and place your things.we need to pay an extra 4 BD for this facility but this is ridiculous. I'm not satisfied with the ladies shower place which is placed near to the male shower 🚿 room I see lots of strangers who is looking there area while the ladies changing dress outside beach management should give more private space for the ladies at least provide a cover up for ladies shower room.
