This is the third time we’ve had a disappointing experience with products from this store.
The first issue was with a mehndi/henna cone, which turned out to be full of chemicals. It left stains on my hand that wouldn’t come off for two weeks and even damaged my skin. The cone smelled strongly of chemicals with no trace of natural henna. We confronted this with the owner as well, but the response we received was „Accha“.
The second issue was with a pack of bhelpuri we bought a couple of months ago. The moment we opened it, it smelled stale and clearly wasn’t fresh.
Most recently, we purchased a pack of panipuri. As soon as we opened it, it had a strange odor, likely because the product was too old.

I purchased jaggery that was expired and modak flour that didn’t have any expiry date on the packaging. It seems like the store doesn’t consistently check the expiry dates of products, which is a big red flag for anyone buying food items.
While the store offers many items, I would strongly advise fellow shoppers to carefully check expiry dates before purchasing anything. It’s always better to be cautious, especially when it comes to food products. Hopefully, they’ll improve quality control...
