I have been a frequent customer at Dibary, purchasing large amounts of clothe to create products for my business. However, my recent experiences have been deeply unsettling and warrant formal complaint.

During a recent visit, I encountered a security guard who consistently makes condescending remarks towards me, referring to me as "big CEO" and "big boss." While some local customs involve referring to individuals as "jefe," this guard's tone was disrespectful and rude.

On this particular trip, I was shopping for my son’s clothes when the guard began to shadow me closely. When I greeted one of my sister-in-laws, she responded tersely, leading to a moment of misunderstanding. The situation escalated when the guard made an inappropriate comment about my personal life, claiming to know details about my relationship with Zoila. This unwarranted intrusion led me to mention possibly filing for full custody of my son, which he then irresponsibly relayed to my family without context. To be more clear, he told them Inwas taking Colton tonthe US.

To my dismay, this resulted in several family members contacting my wife with misinformation about taking my son to the U.S. the following day. This unnecessary drama was exacerbated by previous tensions with my sister-in-law, who made unfounded accusations about my 7 yr old son being a racist.

The behavior of this security guard is unacceptable. Not only does it create an uncomfortable shopping experience, but it also interferes with my personal life. I urge Dibary's management to address this issue seriously to protect the dignity of all customers and ensure a respectful environment.

Yes...thats exactly where it happened and the gaurd had shadowed me several times in the past and I just ignored it. .

You can probably find this on your cameras if you keep them.from year ago.....this happened in either January.or February last year. I waited till I left the country to make the complaint.....I did not feel safe there simce Belize is one of rhe most dangerous countries in central america. Now I am safe

Entering Dibary, you are greeted with a smile and courteous helpers will come around to assist you with your shopping. They recently made additions to the existing building with a whole department that is dedicated to electronics like cell phones, TV's, stereos, and even household appliances like Washing and Drying machines and stoves. They also offer furniture as well as beds. They also have a little cafe right behind that was also recently renovated. They are doing their best not to be complacent with just making money, but also to make your shopping needs...

The workers are friendly and very nice with beautiful smile on thier faces. They are ready to assist you at any given time without complain. They are also very polite and helpful. I was in a financial situation one day because the money I had on me is not enough I approached one of the workers she is spanish and she gladly helped me without hesitation. Some people still have beautiful heart. They also patronized the organization I volunteer for by buying turkey dinner form them...
