BILLA — Local services in Plovdiv

Really do like the Billa offer (and discount card ofc) BUT, always having to haggle with the till person about going a little slower so I can pack my shopping gets under my skin. At this store the lady just shrugged and suggested that I put everything back in the trolley???!!

Here's the thing... No matter what time target the till people are on, I'm only going through at my pace, and now only pay when my shopping is safely away. So it really makes no difference and just sours what could have been a nice shopping experience... As for this store, I def won't go there again, there is a kaufland just...

Billa has very good products. The sushi is delicious, the bread is fresh, and there is a great selection of drinks, alcohol, and salads. The quality of the food is really high.

But there is one big problem – the waiting time at the checkout is terrible. The line is always long and very slow. One of the cashiers works extremely slowly and does not seem to care. It’s hard to watch and very frustrating for customers.

Very bad customer service, I bought several items which were under discount with billa-card, however when I went to the cash register, my phone battery died just at the point when the shop assistant was scanning it. The scanner couldn't do it and the shop assistant refused to use a company card for me because its a company policy not to use it. I bought the items with the intention to save, but at the end e felt deceived and with bad feeling of my purchase. I will never visit this...
