Oasis Beach — Local services in Tsarevo

Beach is very beautiful, however, all the beds and umbrellas were empty but occupied from the very morning with towels. When I asked the beach staff what's the trick with half the umbrellas being empty but occupied, he said there's no trick and that people must have gone to have lunch and left their towels as they have already paid for them.. At 10 in the morning, half the beach already leaving it seemed suspicious.. Also, all people having the exact same blue towels?? Later overheard the staff members asking the people from which number hotel room they are. All unfinished buildings around the beach demonstrate Bulgaria main problems - corruption & lack of control. Staff need customer service training. Pool staff members stole my new Hugo Boss polo shirt instead of handing it to the Lost & Found.
