Although nothing stands out in this market, you should give it a visit if you have time. The atmosphere is different than those in Phnom Penh. The vendors may not be speak english (but that doesn't matter); good place to practice conversational Khmer.
Lots of street can be found in the market, some vendors open a bit later. If you're a Muslim, theres a few stores here that sells halal food operated by ethnic Cham muslims (official halal certification body does not exist in Cambodia; except imported food brand from Thailand/Malaysia). There a stall that sells fried grasshoppers which was delicious.
