As a business consultant, I picked up that this company had strong leadership and a strong company culture. Every person we interacted with was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and proactively helpful — you can tell that they liked working here. They did their best to help each customer but were also great communicators in being transparent and setting clear expectations and boundaries to prevent potential disappointments. This is after all a group service — so you want to be able to help each customer's special needs while curbing any entitled bad apples that could ruin the overall experience of each bus ride. They were great at both the hard (organized, clear UI on booking, clear concise instructions in their emails) and soft aspects of their business.

Our exceptional experience was due in no small part to the incredible professionalism and warm personalities of the drivers. Mitch, in particular, was fantastic—he was not only an expert driver but also a superb tour guide who shared a wealth of local knowledge and history which cleared up many questions for me. His friendly, engaging manner made the journey feel personal and special, and he effortlessly managed the group, ensuring everyone felt welcome and informed.

Similarly, Rosie was a great example of what makes this company a standout. Her clear instructions and calm demeanor ensured our trip was seamless from start to finish. Her attention to detail and genuinely caring approach for each passenger's well-being made it clear that she takes immense pride in her work.

The strong company culture is not just a slogan; it's a living reality reflected in the people they hire. It’s a testament to the company’s strong leadership that they can consistently attract and retain such high-caliber team members who are clearly passionate about providing a top-tier service. I highly recommend the Moraine Lake Bus Company to anyone needing to get...

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TIME!!!! Cannot complain. Booking was easy, Lianne and Sam were super helpful with questions, charges, and booking assistance. Lianne especially. All the drivers were extra early giving plenty of time for guests to get onboard. Process was easy and their system efficient. Grateful to Max, for a safe drive up Moraine Lake at 5am in the morning with helpful tips on trails and views. Bryan was great, he was knowledgeable about the surrounding area, vegetation, and animals; and was able to squeeze us in for an earlier return time. Jack was fantastic, giving us recommendations about Banff since we were going to visit during our stay. He also gave us great advice for trails in Lake Louis. Great conservationist too. He was also nice to slow down and let us view the rivers while giving us great facts about glaciers. Which was fun to learn about. Jamee was fun and enthusiastic, great energy and very funny. She pointed out a rainbow that had appeared. And when we came back the next day again, she remembered us instantly and was quick to help us get assistance after we missed our shuttle. Nick was fantastic, telling us about the bungalows, railroad, flowers, Lake Louis Village, and how Lake Louis came to be named and how it gets its color. OVERALL AMAZING Experience. Five stars. Came to Lake Louis little over 3 years ago and wished you guys were around then cuz you guys are awesome. Keep up the good work. Totally booking with ya’ll again the next time I’m in the province. Best SHUTTLE SERVICE in Alberta. Been to Lake Louis/Banff National Park twice and you guys made my second time even better...

Dear Concern, My name is Taposh Saha, and I was suggested to give my positive feedback, and that is why I have been writing this feedback while wasting my time. If you take it positively, it will help several people and several authorities in many ways. Let’s start:

Jade (return trip driver) was a very good driver, and she explained everything about Banff, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake in a clear and helpful way. She also recommended activities in and around Banff, as well as good restaurants, food, and coffee at those locations. She described many things in a positive and detailed manner. I think tourists need someone like her at the beginning of their trip. Unfortunately, we did not receive this kind of service when we visited Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. At that time, we only received limited information. However, the fare is extremely costly — $99 for a single person. For our family, the total came to $359.38 for just three hours (for two adults, and two kids) at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. This is very expensive, and in my opinion, a fair price for a family should be around $150 in total for our family like. Then many people will continue to visit these places, and the authorities could still earn significant revenue than now, and the Canadian resident will also able to see the gem of Canada. However, it is important that the natural landscapes are not damaged in the process. This is simply my opinion for the benefit of tourists, Canadian people, and the Canadian government. Best regards, Taposh Saha A low-income student here in Canada with dependents...

We had a great experience using Moriane Lake Bus Company over the course of two days to visit Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. The website was well organised, buses clean and prompt and the drivers were friendly and informative. Thanks to Linda, Stu, Rosie and Kristin! *also saw mama bear with her two cubs which was amazing - Rosie for you since you couldn't take your own photos/videos. Can't recommend this company enough 😃
