Banff was one of the highlights of our RV holidays. Stunning views, ample tracks for hiking, great variety of food on offer in town, all get 10 out of 10. Not so the Campground, for its hundreds of sites there were not ever enough amenities. Especially for showers, one had to wait up to an hour. Besides, no opportunity to shop for staples and no laundry at all. Campers have to travel into town to do all that. Finding parking is another hurdle. You can’t even call it a campsite cuz you literally park like your parallel parking, next to a picnic table & that’s it.. not much privacy. NO water or sewer. Electric only. Would not stay here...
