Hecate Park — Local services in Area D (Cowichan Bay)

Started the day off with ice cream from Udder Guys and then went to the park and enjoyed our treats. The views were incredible and wanted to come back when the tide came in. Huge difference in the amount of water from early day until sunset when we planned on returning hours later from our day trip. The viewing platform was nice and added a better and different view that you would normally get, hence the reason for my drone shots. Fantastic place to relax, have a bite and enjoy the views that are absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend coming here and enjoying the local shops and of course the park. Definitely...

Hecate Park is a city park in Cowichan Bay and located near the boat launch…there are picnic tables and easy access to the many beaches..it is just off the Cowichan Bay Road..the park is a place to rest for a bit before strolling further along the beautiful waterfront areas that are easily accessible..be sure to bring along a camera and binoculars to view the bird life that is so interesting...
