Absolutely fabulous! I was “kicking tires” and called Sabrina at the Parksville location just to get some early quotes. She sent me options and information right away and followed up with a call. And while we hadn’t decided if we were even getting a swim spa at that time, she sent more options when promos changed and invited us to test out the Fisher swim spa on site. I was interested but my husband wasn’t convinced. I did a swim test at a competitor on a Friday, and we tested the Fisher swim spa the next day. My husband decided that day that we had to get one. With the jets and the swim jets tested out, we couldn’t believe how strong the swim current jets are. Far stronger than a far more expensive spa that i tested; and with variable speed and the ability to adjust the flow up or down at angles, it gave us more than we expected- if you turn them on high, they will push you across the pool so definitely good for working out swimming or walking or water running. The next decision was size- we went with the 15’ size with the lounger and we couldn’t be happier. Delivery was suddenly available due to a cancellations so We scrambled to get the electrical ready and a cement pad poured- I recommend going bigger than you think to ensure you have a comfortable amount of space around the spa. Sabrina answered my questions every step of the way while we weighed our cover options and salt water or regular chemical options; and she was patient with all of the questions we had and always had the information we needed to help on our decision. And the delivery team was amazing. Paul backed in and swung it into place with Eric hooking it up and making sure it was squared up within a millimeter then got everything running- Very conscientious about getting everything right. We love the spa and got the salt water system because it is far less maintenance and makes your skin feel great without any harsh chemicals- and less often water replacement - this was important to us being on a smaller island where water is at a premium. I just picked up our roll cover today and can’t wait to get it in place. I can’t say enough about the service from Sabrina and the team at Arctic Spa on Parksville. We took the leap and purchased a Swim Spa through Arctic Spas in Parksville. We are very detail oriented people and hummed and hawed and asked questions to be sure that we were purchasing the right product from the right company. Zack in Parksville was so amazingly patient, knowledgeable and helpful through every step of the way. We should have him over for dinner, considering the amount of time he spent answering our questions. He answered emails after closing, was always ready with satisfactory answers and was simply a pleasure to deal with. We have a family of 5, I recently had back surgery and also have Multiple Sclerosis. Zack made sure that our multiple needs fit the product and went above and beyond every time. The delivery and tech people were amazing, and even when we had some electrical problems (our electrical not the spa) all of the employees worked overtime to make sure that we could get into the spa. Since we've had it, our whole family enjoys it every single day. I could not be happier that we purchased this item. We have the swim tether and rowing kit, both my husband and I have become fitter and for me, swimming and even just floating in the pool reduces my daily discomfort. We spend family time in the spa and our kids (teenagers) never tire of it. Thank you so much Zack for your excellent service! We love our spa and appreciate your time and efforts. My wife and I have owned our Arctic Spas Cub now for 2 and a half years, and this is the second time I am writing a positive Google review regarding the Vancouver Island Arctic Spas team. When I was having some recent issues with my tub I went into the Parksville location and spoke with Bruce regarding what I was experiencing. Bruce was more than helpful in helping me get to the root of the problem, and we got to the point where he set up a work order for the Arctic Spas service team to come to our home and perform some checks. Their service manager Mark called me to set up the service call day and time, and then sent their technician Sam out to do the checks and any necessary work as promised. Problem solved.

All my experiences with any of the staff from Arctic Spas Vancouver Island have been more than positive. The Arctic Spas product quality speaks for itself, and even though they may know they have the best product in the hot tub market, the Vancouver Island team understands the value of good customer service as it pertains to customer retention. It costs 5x as much to acquire a new customer as it does to keep an existing one, and Arctic Spas Vancouver Island continually shows that they understand this simple business fact in their dealings with their customers.
