I bought a pool from hot tub universe in 2017. The initial installation was very pool and my cement pad was poured incorrectly. for over a year I have been trying to get them to fix the problem. My pool was completely crooked and not level. This summer they stated they would fix the problem and instead I was left with an empty $45000 pool on my lawn for 7 weeks while they came over and poured 3 bags of self levelling cement. After they repositioned the pool the pool was still not level. Since then a cement company has come out and stated that the entire PAD was poured incorrectly and needed to be taken out and re-done. Hot tub universe told me not to touch anything and that it would be done in 34 days. It has now been another 3 weeks and my therapy pool is sitting in the yard and the cement pad has yet to be poured. This has been devastating to my family. I am a veteran and I bought this pool to recover from injuries, this situation has caused more stress to my family and there doesn't seem to be anyone at hot tub universe who cares. I do not hear anything or see any progress to the state of my pool for which I continue to pay for. I have waited for over a year for this issue to be resolved and will now have to proceed civil as they just keep telling me that they will get to it and they are to busy. I really encourage you to research this company before buying a pool from them. I am at a loss financially, physically and mentally, this is a simple solution that should have been handled...

We purchased our hot tub from them about two years ago and had high expectations. I honestly have not been very impressed with the quality of hot tub and the customer service. I’ve been trying for 3 weeks now to ask about warranty replacement of parts and they aren’t responding to me. It’s hard to get in to the store by 5pm during the week and on Saturdays because of traffic in that area and my work schedule and they won’t email me back. And we have rusted out parts and damaged parts that we did not expect to be damaged only two years in. We take good care of our hot tub and add the correct amount of chemicals according to the instructions and the only thing they have said is “it’s probably user error by you adding too much chlorine” when our chlorine isn’t even registering when we...

We recently Purchased a master spa's bar harbor LE from Hot tub Universe. We can't say enough good things about the entire process from start to finish. Theresa who was the salesperson was amazing to deal with and was helpful the entire time, the Delivery crew was great and the process was seamless and down to a science. We did have a minor issue with our tub but someone was out right away to resolve the issue (stuck valve likely from shipping) I would highly recommend dealing with the staff at Hot tub Universe. We did a ton of research prior to purchasing this tub and we truly feel we made the best decision and we are very happy to support local....
