A&W Canada — Restaurant in Bedford

I don’t understand how the quality of this place has plummeted, not too long ago there was these couple of guys running it they at least gave out fresh food , these women are horrendous the window worker and the whole staff because when I ask for no bacon and u give me an old burger with old bacon that’s been sitting in it seeped into the rest of the burger . Disgusting . I’ll wait the xtra minute for fresh food thanks this was my last time trying with this place which is disappointing cause I don’t eat fast food often but I did always enjoy a&w unfortunately not anymore , many instances before this like I got a burger and a chicken burger and the chicken wasn’t made properly I had to spit it out it was so nasty ,fries you can tell sit and maybe get reheated you can tell btw , the way the burgers toppings get thrown on the burgers is laughable , they shove the debit machine in ur face before you can get a word out .every.time. And I carry cash so get it out my face thanks . maybe you guys need to up ur standards do some training courses on food safety and what’s expected at a “Canadian owned business “ that u have taped up in ur window show some pride in ur work...

The worse experience at A&W. The person who was at front and cash who said her name is Biki wasn’t friendly, no smile, didn’t even ask what type of drink we would like, just chose something by her choice. Any customer was coming in, she was talking to other two in the kitchen and completely ignoring clients; then coming to cash with attitude. Food which was Fries and Burger was cold and terrible. There was a girl on the drivethru window whom we thought just had a bad customer,but... we ate and went back for turnovers for dessert and she was just as rude so we asked her name.
