The worst customer service ever. I went in this afternoon around 2:25 pm there was one person serving the front counter guest. While she was serving the other people there were two other team members just hanging around at the back talking to each other. I waited for them to come and take our order but they just kept talking. I asked the guy with black turban and yellow tshirt, if he could serve me and he got offensive and said the person on front counter is doing that who was in middle of serving other customers. He said she will serve you while he was doing nothing. He approached the counter and said everyone has their own duties so he won’t serve me. He asked to me leave the store. I asked him if wanna see the manager for his behaviour. He addressed himself as the manager. I was unable to understand how he was the manager if he can’t help his team and focus on SOS and customer satisfaction. Another thing he didn’t have a name tag on. Its policy to wear the name tag and designation at job during the working hours. This is absolutely wrong behaviour which should be taken care of. He even made a racist comment that if it was a white person instead of me they would wait as well. How is that relevant in that conversation. Will also report this to head office. Read moreThis review is not just from one visit but multiple over the few months ive visited this specific tim hortons in total id say i ordered maybe 8 time and my order was wrong 50% of the time. The main problem i see them having is not listening to your full order when taking it. My orders were always the same with minor differences. It was 2 farmers breakfast sandwiches. And all of the wrong orders were made into the farmers breakfast wraps. The first and second times it happened it felt like a genuine mistake but this happened so often i feel the team is not properly trained and this situation i feel is a constant problem with making orders wrong. asking other customers if this happened brought to light people feel they have a 50/50 shot of actually getting the right order. Read moreOut of all the tims in Sackville this one on Damascus Rd is my fav. It reminds me of how Tim's used to be. Good friendly staff and can take polite criticism, not that over ever really had to give it cause they all seem pretty well trained especially the guys that work there. Just very friendly.
Side note don't bother asking for a actual cookie during smile cookie season apparently they pre make cookies the day before they cant sell. Makes no sense that not sell something to a customer because it's a day before and you have bo cookies out on your shelf. Oh and the attitude I got for asking from r it and then asking why I couldn't purchase it.
