My Sister ordered spring rolls earlier in the day. In the afternoon I went in to pick them up, and the cashier asks me "what is it that I'm picking up?" I told her Spring rolls under my Sister's name. The cashier then asks how many did I order? I didn't have the exact number so I said I lot. Instead of checking for me (because they have apparently no system to track orders) she then asks "Approximately how many?" Why does it matter? If you had an order queue it would have taken 30 seconds to find out that the order was ready. Then my spring rolls are ready and I'm in the line to pay. I get to the front and then hear "give me 2 minutes I'm gonna get you sauce." Now that I waited in line 15 minutes you're going to tell me that time wasn't sufficient to get my sauce. 2 girls working cash. 1 girl walking around like a chicken with her head cut off. The AFC stores look nice but the staff are very unprofessional and a lot of work needs to be done to bring the customer service standards up to the same level of aesthetics. Read moreNo one asked if they could help me or how I was doing the employees are owners there continue to have a conversation with what I assumed to be a supplier I couldn't tell because they were speaking in a foreign language and just ignored me. It's not my place to say but generally retailers would be falling over each other for your dollar after the pandemic and I was interested in expanding my culinary expertise by introducing some of the unique products they seem to have their I had a lot of inquiries and they probably would have created a loyal customer out of me have they provided some help or advice. My best advice for this retailer is going forward when someone comes in have someone at the counter greet them and say hello how are you today is there anything I can help you with let the customer dictate how their experience is going to be and make them at ease or comfortable and they'll be loyal forever I don't think I'll be back to this store despite my curiosity about many of the goods...
Read moreVery disappointed with this store. I went to buy Sealtest 1% bagged Milk (4 liters ) on 03/14/20. They had ample supply of Milk and had a very clear/ precise sign on the fridge door stating : $4.99 for Sealtest 1% Milk. When I went to pay for the Milk the female cashier said the price is $8.99, I explained there's a sign clearly stating $4.99. She wasn't happy when I told her and seemed annoyed and said again it's $8.99. Anyways , the store is clearly price gouging which is completely unfair and pretty much illegal as far as I know. Be aware and careful with this store, I understand the store needs to make money, but this is a completely different situation as they are capitalizing off of consumers during the COV 19 virus. Very greedy and treat their customers poorly, be aware...
