WORST PIZZA PIZZA LOCATION EVER. I wish I had read the below reviews before placing my order with them online, clearly this is their consistent behavior. We received our pizza with the wrong topping and called the general pizza pizza line and told them we received the wrong topping. They told us a new pizza with the correct toppings would be made and we could pick it up. 15 minutes later the store manager calls us on our personal number and says he wants the original pizza back. When we stated members of our family took a few slices (but other members didn't as they cannot eat those toppings) he started to interrogate us as to why we ate the original pizza. We offered a picture of the original pizza if his concern was that we were lying about the incorrect topping but he ignored that and kept repeating "why would you eat it". We told him customer service never said to return it (he ignores this) and eventually hangs up on us. We called customer service they said he was never supposed to contact us directly nor ask for the pizza back as it is not their policy. When we went to the store we asked him what he would've done with the original and him and this other rude employee lady says they will decide what they want to do. We stated its not pizza pizza policy to ask for original pizzas back and both of them say "yeah but we ask". When we said we would be making a complaint he says i don't care.
Avoid this store, its not worth it to interact with these people. They don't care about pizza pizza policies or have any respect for their own brand. Him and the lady attacked and ganged up on us for following pizza pizza policies.... over a $20 pizza? Ruined pizza completely for me and nobody ate the new pizza from the store. These guys are just using the brand name but they are not pizza pizza whatsoever nor do they agree with any of their own brand's policies. Nobody lied or scammed their way for the free pizza. They messed up but they wanted us to pay the price. Not caring about company policies especially during this time with COVID is...
Read morePizza Pizza – A Tasty and Reliable Experience
I recently visited Pizza Pizza, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. Here’s a breakdown of what stood out:
🍕 Food Quality:
The pizza was hot, fresh, and flavorful. I ordered the classic pepperoni with extra cheese, and the crust was crispy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside – just the way I like it. The tomato sauce had a nice tang, and the toppings were generous. What I appreciated most was the consistent quality – each slice tasted just as good as the first.
I also tried their garlic bread and creamy garlic dipping sauce, which were both delicious. The garlic bread was buttery and perfectly toasted, making it a great side dish.
🧼 Cleanliness and Ambience:
The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The tables were wiped down regularly, and the overall environment felt welcoming. While it’s more of a fast-casual setting, it was comfortable for a quick bite or a casual dinner.
👨🍳 Service:
The staff were friendly, polite, and quick with the order. I didn’t have to wait long, even during a moderately busy time. They were helpful in answering questions about the menu and were happy to customize my order.
💰 Value for Money:
One of the best parts about Pizza Pizza is their affordability. With combo deals and special offers, it’s a great spot for students or families looking for good food on a budget. The portion sizes were fair, and I definitely felt like I got my money’s worth.
🚚 Delivery (if applicable):
On other occasions, I’ve used their delivery service, which is also reliable. My orders arrive warm and on time, and the tracking system is very convenient.
⸻
✅ Final Thoughts:
Pizza Pizza may not be the fanciest pizzeria in town, but it delivers exactly what you expect – good, consistent pizza at an affordable price. Whether you’re dining in, taking out, or ordering delivery, it’s a dependable go-to for a quick and...
Read moreThis location has the most incompetent staff at night. I would never come back to this location after my experience here. Not only do employees come to "hang out with their friends" when they're not working they go behind the counter to chat with zero hair nets. I came in to order a pizza and asked for it to be cooked a few minutes longer, which clearly did not happen. Upon getting it and taking it home it after I TOOK A BITE INTO A SLICE I immediately noticed it NOT COOKED FULLY. I ended up having to drive back to this location and with the intention of getting a new one made. The girl at the front counter put the EXACT SAME PIZZA that I BIT & TOUCHED BACK INTO THE OVEN WHERE OTHER CUSTOMERS PIZZAS GO INTO.....
She then came to give me the bitten and touched pizza, well cooked this time and I informed her that I was expecting a new one and that putting contaminated food back in the oven was a health code violation.
Seriously disgusting, as a chain restaurant they should know better and management needs to seriously consider who they hire. The man not in uniform who I thought was the manager informed me he was just there to hang out with his friends and him being there isn't my concern when I asked for a refund and that human error happen. As a customer it is a concern when health and safety standards are not met .They seemed too preoccupied hanging out with their friends than attending to their jobs. I would not trust to order anything...
