This is regarding my B'Day cake that my husband bought from you on my B'day and you spoiled my day, and there's no option to reply on your reply so I have to post it.

Anyhow, Allow me to clarify a few points. Firstly, while I understand that walk-in purchases are accommodated, it does not excuse the quality of the product provided. As a customer, I trust that any item available for sale meets basic standards of freshness and taste, regardless of whether it was pre-ordered or not.

Secondly, your explanation regarding the blue discoloration does not address the overall staleness and lack of taste in the cake. Even if the blue coloration was due to decorations, it does not explain the bitter taste and overall lack of freshness. I am well aware of the difference between a staining color and the signs of a stale, old product. Don't make fool of us.

Extremely poor performance, soiled quality of food. Never going back. Would not ever recommend anyone.

I ordered few Punjabi style pakoras, Mirchi pakoras, samosa and paneer pakoras. Out of which the mirchi pakora and the Punjabi style pakora smelled sour as if their were gone bad were not fresh. Also there were sticky strings as I cut them in half. I called them right away, I was told, “it’s not possible, come show us.” Fine I went and showed them, while other customers were also there it was busy. The lady came out, took my brought food in, came back out without the food and said, “it’s not gone bad it’s the smell of garlic.” With such confidence.

I didn’t go there to get anything in exchange, at this point it had already ruined my experience. I went there hoping she would realize what they sold was extremely poor quality. Business lives on experience provided to the customer, and acknowledging the mistake. Instead of hiding it just because there were other customers standing there. I visit them when my daughter have first Birthday. If i compare that time quality of there products with yesterday what they provide me i can say they start compromise with food quality i order 2 Cholle Samosa plate and one plate Tikki Cholle. Tikki spicy level is not tolerable it is too much spicy thank god I didn’t share with my daughter and they just put one pinch oh onions for garnish. Samosa quality is good and crunchy but no garnished simple cholle and Imli chatney one spoon hardly which is not make spices level normal. Might be they have to look into there food quality. When i visit them first time they open this shop new and they represented very good quality food i order same things tikki is garnished very nicely and all spices are tolerable.
