Travelled from Scarborough today after watching endless posts and stories on IG about their infamous lenghas for $125 (they advertised it on their stories today!). Products were gorgeous. No lenghas available at that “sale price $125” except one that wasn’t my size and had a broken zipper. Sales lady told me that sale is all all out of stock and I could’ve called the store to ask if they still had products available at that price. I told her I didn’t think I needed to call before shopping as there was literally a post last night and today advertising that very sale! She told me it may have been an old post showing up on my feed today. Needless to say that wasn’t the case as they are still promoting the sale on their stories as I type this. Really upset about the false advertising as it was a long drive with a baby in the car and nothing was at the price point I went in believing they would have. Disappointed and wasted my time. If you’re willing to pay regular price, their stuff is stunning. If you’re going to shop for the sale they’re advertising daily, don’t waste your time.
Edit: received a reply saying I was shown outfits for $125. This is incorrect as I was shown ONE LENGHA with a broken zipper. Was also told I should’ve called to ask if the specific outfit I wanted was available. I had been following RP Boutique on Instagram and was impressed by their clothing and engaging content. Excited, I made the effort to drive all the way from the East to visit their Brampton store. Unfortunately, the in-person experience was nothing like what’s portrayed online.
As soon as I walked in, I was met with coldness and indifference. Despite greeting the owner — who regularly features in their Instagram reels — and telling him how far I’d come, he showed no interest or courtesy. Instead, he abruptly called one of his staff and dismissively told her to “show her what she wants” before turning his back on me.
What shocked me most was the clear bias — if you’re not from their specific community, don’t expect a warm welcome. The entire interaction made me feel unwelcome and excluded. While they present a fun, inclusive image online, the reality is quite the opposite.
To make matters worse, when I politely messaged the store’s Instagram page to express my disappointment, I was blocked. No response. No apology. Just blocked — simply because I shared how I felt about being mistreated. This speaks volumes about how they treat people who are not from their ethnicity.

From the moment we returned to the store, they were welcoming and accommodating. When we went back the second time to exchange the suit, they ensured we had plenty of options to choose from. Since a new shipment was arriving the next day, they even suggested we wait a little longer if we wanted to see more selections.
On our third visit, the owner personally instructed the staff to show us the best options available, making sure we were completely satisfied before we left. The suits they showed us were all beautiful and very affordable. I also appreciated that the staff wasn’t overbearing or in a rush to make a sale, which made the experience so much more enjoyable.
Additionally, they offered helpful tips on how we could add jewelry to make the piece even more beautiful and what kind of makeup would complement it perfectly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
