THESE GUYS DOUBLE CHRAGE WHEN USING TAP!!!! THEY USE THE SAME TRANSACTION RECORD TO LITTERALLY STEAL MONEY FROM YOU!!!!!

WARNING TO ANYONE THAT SHOPS HERE REGULARLY. THIS PLACE HAS DOUBLE CHARGED ME MUTIPLE TIMES IN THE 3 YEARS I HAVE LIVED IN CEDARBREA AND WHEN I BROUGHT IT UP TO THEM THEY SAID "PROVE IT" SO I WENT TO MY BANK AND DID THAT! MY BANK BACKED ME UP AND SAID THEY WERE FRAUDING ME. AND THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND ME CAUSE THE STORE MANAGER COULDN'T DO HIS JOB RIGHT. THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND SAYING THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAY. I WENT BACK ON DAY 5 AND THEY SAID IT WOULD STILL BE A COUPLE DAYS. BUT THEY DIDNT. NO SURPRISE THERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FRAUDING PEOPLE IS WHAT THIS PLACE DOES.

If there was a lower star to give I would. My boyfriend and I are local customers that have been coming here for some time. Unfortunately my boyfriends bank noticed that the store has double charged him multiple times. He has brought it up to the staff several times over and they keep saying they would keep in touch, which they never did. We went back in today for more info and ended up getting rudely brushed off by the manager. I am very disapionted it has come to this seeing as we have been more than honest and respectful about this situation. Weve even brought in a bank statement with proof.
