Terrible experience! Terrible and incompetent staff. Charged $10 for 2 slurpees all because I put it in the large plastic peach designed cup rather than the normal one. There was no advertisement that this cup was an additional charge of $2 and it was with all the other slurpee cups, it’s not like it was off to the side. When I told the cashier that, he had nothing to say about there being no posted price and said we still need to pay for them. In addition to that the large lid doesn’t even fit on these cups and both slurpee lids popped off and spilled before we could even get to the till to pay… cashier then argued back that they fit… why do the lids spin around and pop off like nothing then huh??? So we dumped our slurpees into new regular cups. NEW CUPS NOT DOWN THE DRAIN!! He then charged us and extra 0.35 cents for each plastic cup and the $2 garbage cups. We didn’t even take the peach cups empty because they are garbage and spilled, why would we want to lol. Handed him $5 cash to cover the advertised price of the slurpees and left. He then came outside of the store to come collect the rest of the money. I told him I am not paying for something that spilled everywhere because the lid doesn’t fit or for an item that didn’t even leave the store with me. Rude customer service. I used to stop by to fill gas and buy some drinks , snacks ,and lotto tickets whenever I came around,but after my recent unexpected annoying customer service that I experienced, I decided not to come around for anything. I was there to buy lotto ticket and I handed over to the clerk my own lotto max selection and asked also to give me another quick pick with extra and after he printed the tickets and while I was preparing to make payment, he suddenly said you confused me , when I tried to clarify what I had ordered, he started to speak over and over me without showing any willingness to listen. He was the one who said you confused me, so if someone confused he/she must ask again for clarification not talking over the people in a disrespectful manner. They have a really really awful and bad system when it comes to the usage of the public restroom

They tell you to stand at the door as soon as another person comes out and grab the door or the handle before the door closes and it’s extremely uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional protocol and it freaks the person out that’s coming out of the bathroom

That’s not the worst part today I was using the bathroom and the Circle K employee without knocking used the key and openedthe door while I was on the toilet. It was a complete invasion of my privacy and an extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary and unprofessional conduct.

I don’t know if I should contact my lawyer or if I should contact Circle K head office cause what they’re doing here is awful and maybe a health inspector should...
