My Facebook alias is out of the bag (Tiffany Webb) I discovered Peter’s shop on Facebook about 8-10 years ago and was instantly captivated by his unique designs and evident passion for his craft. For nearly a decade, I’ve been enthusiastically recommending his shop to anyone heading to the east coast. Finally, I had the chance to visit, and it was everything I hoped for. Nestled on the easternmost side of Prince Edward Island, Peter’s shop is cozy, akin to a small-town convenience store, but stepping inside is like entering a magical realm filled with thousands of beautifully handcrafted pieces. The warm welcome from his lovely staff set the tone, but when Peter himself walked in, I was starstruck—like a girl swept up in Beatlemania! With his jolly suspenders and iconic walrus-like moustache, he embodies the spirit of his craft. He graciously showed us his workshop and introduced us to his wonderful wife. To top it off, he even shared a loaf of homemade bread with us. Though our visit lasted just half an hour, it left an indelible mark on my heart. The highlight of my trip home to PEI last Christmas was visiting Shoreline Design PEI.

It is a shopper's paradise, you walk around looking at all the treasures, instead of asking someone behind the counter to pass you an item of interest. There is truly something there for everyone with the many different stone and designs, that are made right there on the promises, talk about original. They have rings, earrings, necklaces and carvings to name a few. I don’t think you can do it justices in one visit, there is so many wonderful things to see.

The proprietary is very knowledgeable, friendly and very charming. Although no one hovers around you if you have a question one of the staff is right there to answer a question or assist in anyway you need, right down which looks the best. My daughters and I took part in the ring making workshop yesterday with Peter and Leanne and it was pure joy from the time we drove up to this perfect little shop nestled close to the water to the end when we were given lovely photos of the experience beautifully presented in cards! We selected a style, hammered and embossed our designs, heated, bent, snipped, sanded, soldered and polished! It was even more hands on than we expected and Peter entertained, encouraged, supported throughout the process. He and Leanne’s genuine kindness, warmth and care made it an unforgettable experience and we will treasure our beautiful rings complete with special heart stamps tucked inside for years to come❤️...
