I finally ended up visiting the Exhibition Centre this year for the Glow Gardens 2024 event for the first time ever - and it was an absolute blast!

There were multiple small concession stands (selling snow cones, various drinks, collectible cups, a few hot food items, as well as a couple of variations of collectible light up wands scattered throughout the event), a dedicated area for inflatables/games, live performances, dedicated spots for hanging photo frames/perfectly placed benches for photographs, Nine Locks and various other vendors had a dedicated Kiosk to sell merchandise and there was an elf scavenger hunt with an optional draw entry at the finish line - as well as so much more!

The only area I didn't get any photographs of was the large inflatable area they had set up for the kids, just because I didn't want to have photographs of other people's children up on here and it was packed. Just know that the designated area was massive; it included a small arcade area, a laser tag tent, a small concessions stand, multiple jumping inflatables, a tunnel crawler, an archery game and a large...

The Glow light show was a fantastic experience for kids and family! The kids were able to travel around the world with their passports and get them stamped at each themed location. The event also offered fun rides, food and drinks stations to purchase a white range of items like pizza, hot dogs, fries, chicken cookies, fingers, etc. as well as many drinks such as pop/soda, juice, alcoholic and other non alcoholic drinks, snow cones, and other deserts. Additionally there was a coffee shop stand with an array of options. The atmosphere was filled with live music performances from different bands as well as an up close and personal experience for the kids with Elsa from the movie Frozen. If your kids have a tons of energy, there is an entire room designated to bouncy castles, games and endless entertainment. Overall, it was a great experience as the themed light shows were fabulous. Enjoy from our team at...

Both Shows on March 1st , 2 , 3rd 2024 ; March 8th , 9 , 10 th 2024 where Exhibiter's told me they paid Hugh $ $ to exhibit to the more recent Property Owner , were trying to be enjoyed by the Paying Public . One could not also help but Notice , on the first Show , MANY large Motorcycles Companies were very ABSENT . . . The Entrance Way , Parking Area , was very UPSETTING re Deep Pot Holes . OK for F 250's and up but for Cars , smaller SUV'S , be asking for Auto Repairs . I feel that City Council Person phone will be RINGING , RINGING . Maybe no Permits in the future if matter is not attended to promptly . Ruined my visit and buying $ ...

An older building that is still doing events regularly, such as the pet expo.

We were so excited, being new to Nova Scotia, to explore GLOW Halifax for the first time. While the lights were nice, the venue wasn't overly pleasing. The bathrooms were absolutely awful, which I brought to the attention of a staff member near by. I couldn't even use them. There had been food trucks advertised, but all that was on site was your stereotypical arena food - everything fried. While it wasn't overly busy, people were not always the most thoughtful when taking photos or looking at a display. It would be helpful to have staff around to try and help with traffic flow etc. We may try to go another year, just didn't overly enjoy it this year.
