Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Halifax

The service at this place has gone so down hill. The staff are rude, slow, and they have not got a single order right in my past 4 visits. Breakfast sandwhiches are served with near ice cold croissants, cold cheese. Absolutely disgusting. Request a certain flavor of timbit to be in your 10 pack? It won’t be in the box at all. I am constantly paying for their mistakes as well.

Ordered the Tim Hortons Halloween bucket, they asked me how many Timbits. Slightly confused, I said 20. We get to the window and pay and are handed a box of Timbits, my son is upset and asks about the bucket so I say “ I ordered a bucket” rude , and annoyed the staff member yells out for a bucket , then proceeds to charge me an additional 6 dollars for this bucket. In the end, I paid way more than I would have if they had just placed my order correctly. I got 11 less Timbits than would have come in the bucket, for a higher price. And don’t even try to go here in the after noon or weekend, because you’ll be waiting 20 min in the drive thru. The PM/weekend staff are much slower, and if you could believe it often somehow ruder.

Beyond sick of this place. Train your staff to have some customer service and stop serving ice cold...

It was super exciting to find out there was going to be a Tim Hortons at the end of Prospect Road. Little did I expect the experiences I've had at this location. The order is rarely ever right.. from forgetting to put frothed milk in a London fog (multiple times I might add) or none of the syrup it calls for, to coffee instead of tea, a bagel that isn't toasted with little to no butter or way over cooked with a ton of butter, you never know what you're going to get. It has gotten to the point where I'm sadly refusing to go to this Tim Hortons. I've contacted Tim Hortons directly regarding some of the issues with no avail. I actually even called the location itself one occasion, but of course, no one answered the call. In short.. I'd rather drive a little further to Bayers Lake or the Mumford location where I'm 99% sure my order...

Avoid this location at all costs. They are totally mismanaged and have no idea what they are doing. Most orders are wrong. If you walk in it will take 15 -25 minutes with a small line just to get a coffee after it is ordered. If your order hot food, you might as well eat it while waiting for your coffee since it will be cold by then. They really need to get better training at this location, need better management in general. If I managed the stir the way this one is, I’d be embarrassed. It’s been a nightmare the last year or so I’ve gone. You’re better off going up the road to Lakelands blvd. You’ll still be quicker than using...
