I had a very disappointing experience with this location. Ordering my item was simple, but shortly after, the couch went on sale and the price difference was significant. They were initially hesitant to honor the new sale price, and only after I mentioned cancelling did they agree to match it.

When it came time to arrange delivery, I was told I’d be contacted to complete the next payment, but instead, the salesperson processed the payment using my credit card without my authorization. I had intended to use a different card, but was never given the opportunity. I was also assured that my previous card information had been destroyed, yet it was still on file and used without consent.

To make matters worse, the couch that arrived was the wrong configuration, and the salesperson was extremely rude and unprofessional when addressing her mistake. Overall, this was an unprofessional and frustrating experience that I would...
