Tim Hortons has given up entirely... please train staff to make some of the basic food items such as tea and coffee... sandwich counter has never been trained, and I have yet to receive the same thing twice... today's roast beef sandwich is missing the wrapper, and they've cooked it in the panini grill even though nobody has ever asked for this... sandwich takes 10 minutes to assemble because they're screwing around with that filthy panini press... managers, if any, think this is funny and don't have a clue either... SAD!
Old review : Asked for a sausage breakfast sandwich, on a croissant... cashier wad so preoccupied to tell me she only had cheese croissants and tried to sneak an egg only onto the order... they charged 30 cents for mayonnaise...
When I got it ( finally, abput 10 minutes to make it and an empty line ) it is badly burned, and she comes up with a story that all Tim hortons grills their breakfast sandwiches in the paninni grill...
This is burned garbage, and the croissant is burned...
I hope this location goes bankrupt soon so the management can be replaced with someone who is willing to train staff and maintain standards... I know the owners think it's funny to treat people in Hearst badly, but this is too much... I'll make my coffee at home if there's no advantage to come here...
Status update: got a sandwich when I went in with a local, then tried it again by myself and same thing - cashier arguing with me and not listening to my order and then getting it wrong... why does...

When she put meat on my hot sandwich after ordering it with out meat, I kindly told her I ordered one with out meat, she then simply just removed the meat and gave me back the same hot sandwich. I asked for a new one, as by this time the cheese on the sand which had melted to the meat, that's when she decided to be completely unprofessional, stood there with a tone and said " well what did you order", I repeated a egg sandwhich with no meat, and I don't appreciate your attitude. She continued to act extremely unprofessional, mocking me and saying very loud what I ordered. She did nothing but embarrassed her self by acting like a 2 year old and creating a bad atmosphere in your restaurant. This is a "lady" who you have representing your company. Read moreUsed the app to save time and not block the drive-through. It was useless. Waited quiet a while, then was told to park in front. Finally, after another long wait, the order was brought out. When we checked, items were missing, and they said they didn't have them . We commented that we already paid for them, and they repeated they didn't have any. We then had to go inside to see a manager, who, on his way out of the kitchen, stepped on some food item on the floor and almost skated to disaster. Then he offered donuts in replacement, but the ordered eclaire was more expensive. He offered another donut, and he said it was a similar value. We took it and left. Once home, we found out there were two chili containers and only one half a bun......
