Frustrating experience. Had to chase down the receipt they were supposed to send me, then was told the wrong in-store delivery date and had to wait another week. When I went in to schedule delivery I was told they’d just gone to my area today and I should have told them sooner. When the dishwasher was purchased, delivery was specified, so I expected a call to set this up. When I received instead an email saying my item was in-store, I stopped in to schedule delivery and was then told I’d have to wait two more weeks since they were just in my area today. Such a runaround. If they had called or done anything they were supposed to, none of this would have been an issue....

terrible company. the service couldn't be worse. i went and ordered a dining table with 6 chairs and they made me pay in full. then they said it would be delivered next thursday. and i waited 3 weeks later in that time no one called and told me that. and when i received the goods they only brought a table and 4 chairs. i couldn't understand. they were missing 2 chairs. and again they told me to wait until the end of next week. and again i waited until today it's been almost 3 weeks and again no one from this company called to tell me anything. for the amount they made me pay in full all i got was indifference. i regret buying from here. stay away from...

So my Mom purchased a dining room set from you some time ago. She waited ever so patiently to arrive and when it did I can tell you again that your delivery guys, Cody and Harry, were fantastic as ever AGAIN! It was SO hot that afternoon and how these 2 worked together and left NO mess behind was just perfect! They had all of the pieces moved into Mom's house and set up in a very short time and they took the time to show her how to unlock and extend the table. They even stood back for a moment because she just HAD to vacuum 1 more time. Lol! Your delivery guys are completely down to earth, polite, and always so very kind. Thank...
