Ordered two teen burgers. Neither burger had seasoning on them, the buns were either right at their expirey or just after--they were doing that crumbly thing stale buns do when you toast them, and their texture was dry and would fall apart as you eat the burger. The condiments had no care in their application-just randomly slapped on. The burger was dry and shrunken a lot in comparison to the bun. It clearly had been in the cvap well past it's holding time.
It really was a "don't care to work today" burger. They are fortunate I'm not one of the secret shoppers as this would've been a poor score.
The food came out really quick, which is more a testament to the poor quality of the assembly than it is to the speed of the workers.

The lady who served me tonight was a complete wonderful woman. She was very kind. I came through the door at 9 p.m and asked if they were open she said yes till 10 p.m. I was so grateful for that kind lady. My sister, niece, and myself were all hungry and she gave us such incredible service! I felt bad coming late cause I know how it is when trying to close and annoying customers come in and get their orders. I also felt bad cause I had no cash I would have given her a tip so I feel bad about that. I would highly recommend that that kind lady gets a commendation or bonus cheque for the exemplary service. Went there at 9:40 pm as they state they are open until 10pm, when I got to the drive through a man spoke to me through the speaker and told me they were closed. I mentioned to him online it states they are open until 10pm and it was only 9:40 and he said I’m sorry sir we close at 9:40. I’ve worked jobs where you don’t pack your bags and leave at closing time. You are open until you say you are open then you start to shut down after the time you are expected to close at.
