Red Swan Pizza - Humboldt — Restaurant in Humboldt

So were clear i have ordered from Red Swan all over from winnipeg to Humboldt. Always great so good in fact that I’m considering this a one off. Saturday I ordered large pizza nachos and wings will start with the pizza.

The pizza though was so undercooked that my fingers went into itThe toppings we’re burnt and stuck to the top of the inside of the box.

Nachos look like they were crumbs a handful of full-size chips at best. The toppings were also stuck to the top of the box.

The wings were great!!!

The only reason i am even writing a review is because they did not respond to me. I am not holding the Red Swan franchise responsible. I am holding the Humboldt Saskatchewan red‘s one responsible for the lack of food quality and consistency. How many times what day I’ve had to look at my food and say hey this is OK to send to somebody. Regardless of any online reply I will no longer be spending my money I’d ride swan in Humboldt Saskatchewan this was a disgusting experience. I have no photos to offer due to the fact that I just figured this was a one off and they made a mistake but the fact that I was not reply to you tells me so much more about this Humboldt Saskatchewan...

Very disappointed in the lack of clarity in the advertising. I went to place my usual pizza order when I saw they had a large 2 topping pizza advertised. Pick up only. When I tried a few times to place the order, the order system would say invalid request and crash. So I told my husband to go into the store First they told him that this wasn't available at this location Sure- we could let that go and order something else. Which he was going to. But my husband showed them the website and then his story changed to o it's only available online Well no where does it say that, and their online ordering system did not seem to be working. Granted, it's not the stores fault that theor online system wasn't working BUT fix your advertising and get your story straight.Edit* The store DID honor the price after some pushback. Not a fan....our go to pizza place has always been family pizza. As much as I'm not impressed by the high owner turnover I really do enjoy many different kinds of the pizza at family pizza. So we decide to switch it up a bit and try out Red Swan..First thing we notice is the price difference. Not a huge huge price difference but definitely noticeable. Then upon picking the pizzas up and getting home, we realize that the crust is about a quarter of the piece of pizza, way too much crust. Bottom of pizza was burnt pretty much black. And something was just off about it. I dont know if it was the cheese or dough but there was clearly an off taste that my wife and kids could taste as well. Now I'm not saying I'll never go back because in time I probably will give red swan a 2nd chance. With me, first impressions mean alot....
