Continental store. My kinda place. I'm a huge fan of Ecko clothing. They had a large selection of several brands. I'm a bigger guy and they did offer bigger sizes. Unfortunately on the rack they only go up to 2XL. Don't be afraid to ask for larger sizes because they keep a lot of that stuff in the back. Unfortunately the jacket that I wanted wasn't available in my size but I had a conversation with Dakota and her manager. She explained the whole continental storefront and said that they were opening stores all over the place. I found out that there's a couple stores near me in Burlington and an even closer one at Oakville Place. Based on the service alone, I really wanted to buy something but unfortunately it wasn't going to happen so I thought. As I was walking past the storefront window to continue through the mall, I spotted an Ecko winter jacket. I walked back in and said hey. Do you have a this available in my size? The gentleman that took care of me ran to the back. Dakota came over to me as she remembered me for being in the store a few minutes ago and said he thinks he found it in the size you want but he has to get up on the ladder to get it if you don't mind being patient. I noticed some hats that they had on display of the same brand so I decided to grab one. At least. I was going to walk out with something and give this store my business. The gentleman came out from the back holding two jackets but not the ones that I was looking for. He said I'm sorry we don't have the size you're looking for in the jackets that you liked, but I found you this jacket and thought you might like it as he noticed I was wearing red when I came in the store. He was right! Had I seen that one on the rack that would have been the one I asked for. I highly recommend this place and the service is great. I'm sure there's day is where it's extremely busy but just be patient. Ask your questions. They'll take good care of you!

Good size mall with brand names and good deals. Columbia seem to have 1amazing deal per department. I was able to get a winter coat I really wanted and found $350 boots for $80 because I liked that sale. Suzy Shier, for example, didn't do that they had tons of sales in all departments and we could have gone back multiple days to get through the entire mall. It was a great mall in an area that was really fun to explore. Suzy Shier is the place to go for difficult to fit sizes as well. Crystal Miller was amazing with helping get the right fit. I was able to get an entire fall wardrobe there with her help and in a very short time. She was able to understand my style in a very short time. The clothing has washed up very nicely and the prices and sales were worth the drive. I will go back just for Suzy Shier, and Crystal! I can't even believe I'm writing that in a review. There is also a Dyson Outlet in this mall and it sells refurbished Dyson vacuums. It was explained those refurbishments are not on the motors but on lesser problems. I wasn't that worried about the word refurbished when I paid half the price and they still give a warranty. The way the lineups have been created in front of the Tim Horton's and other food has become a bit of a problem. People are expected to follow the lines on the ground, there are people cutting through who are walking through the mall, then we are expected to line up on the other side to get into Kitchen Stuffs Plus. There was no way to social distance and it became a bit of a way to be jostled even though I walk with a cane. However, there is a door very close by to get outside and away to sit outside and away from people to have your food or time to sit. All the tables outside had umbrellas and were kept clean, lots of garbage...

Shopped at Claire’s today , got a very bad experienced . The sales associates didn’t give me the coupon discount, so I asked for a return and repurchase, she made me waited for half and hour standing in front of the counter , when asked her why , she started freaked out and acted rudely to me like why am I complaining about the coupon discount. She told me she is only 17 years old , and is not her fault she doesn’t know how to do a refund . And she called her manager telling her I yelled at her , she started to make story and lied about her entire mistake . And the worse part was she throws my stuffs that I bought there like they have some kind of virus rudely on the table . And I told her not to do that , and she blamed me saying I’m the one who made her do that . Why is it my problem when she doesn’t know how to do return or refund , the only thing she know how to do is called the security guard trying to kicked me out of the store , but is it my fault I try to use my coupon and get my discount ?
