It was our first time visiting this location and will be the last time for sure. Both girls that were taking orders were not engaged nor interested taking orders from customers. I ordered steak and cheese and she used a scoop to put the steak on the sub, however both scoops were half way full so I asked her if she can put more steak, she said it’s going to be extra. I said you barely put what you’re supposed to be putting on a footlong. She just looked at me with silence. I shook my head and continued with my order and asked her to put green peppers and onion and double toast it but she didn’t! She did not put the veggies before toasting plus she didn’t even double toast the sub! It was a line up I didn’t bother however when I saw the sub after toasting I told her that this isn’t right. I asked her to look at the sub and see how little the steak is on the bread. She got angry and started talking in her language to the other employee and warmed up little steak. When I finally got to the cash, the cashier that didn’t even look like an employee with hoodie and hat said you had extra meat. I said no she didn’t put enough first time so I asked for the right amount. He got upset and mumbled something in his language and continued in English asking her why she didn’t empty the scoop and fill it again. They were rude and clueless about costumer service. I previously was a subway manager myself so I’m well aware of subway rules and I did let the cashier know as well. In conclusion , this location needs a visit from the head office to be corrected in many ways. At the meantime, I strongly suggest not visiting...
Read moreI’ve been to Subway many times and usually have a great experience, but this was my first time visiting this particular location and it will be my last.
When I go to Subway for lunch, I typically order a 6-inch sub for myself and a small side of rotisserie chicken for my baby son, as it’s easier for him to eat. At every other Subway I’ve visited, I’ve only ever been charged for a side of chicken, not a full sub. However, the sales representative at this location insisted that I had to be charged for a sub in order to get the chicken.
I politely explained that I’ve always paid for just a side because I’m a frequent customer at subway, but the employee continued to argue. The manager (or owner) came out from the back, spoke to the employee in another language, and then repeated the same thing, that this time they would charge me for a side, but next time they would have to charge me for a sub.
This inconsistency and lack of customer service was very disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location again. Subway should ensure all franchises honor the same pricing practices and treat customers fairly, especially loyal ones who frequent the...
Read moreI have been to several subways, and this one is the worst by far. The staff are extremely rude. The guy making my sub thought I asked for a blt, and then got very annoyed when I told him I wanted a vegetarian sub. He began putting cheese, without even asking if I wanted it. The lady put way too much lettuce on my sub. They do not serve any beer. When I was paying, they did not like that I payed in change. I am paying them so what is the difference. I asked for a fountain pop cookie combo, and they proceeded to ask me if I wanted bottled or fountain pop with that. Their soda machine sucks and sprayed all over me. It made my pop very watery. It had a strange taste as if the machine hadn’t been washed in 83 years. My service was extremely slow and these people all seemed to not know what they were doing as if it was their first day on the job. I would highly recommend never coming here, as the staff are lazy, disorganized, slow, and rude. Everything about this...
