Horrible store! Owner is rude and disrespectful, he told be to f^\k off in front of my three year old. I came to get my phone unlocked (Thursday) he told me it would take four days and he will send me a text when it was ready. Four days comes and goes, I don't hear from him. I call the number on his business card and it goes straight to a voicemail box that is full. I try calling for two days, still no response. On Wednesday I go into the store and ask what's happening, he tells me there is a delay and it will take one for day, promises that it will be unlocked in one more day. Two days later, still nothing. Return to store on Saturday asking what is going on and he now tells me it will take until Wednesday. At this point I ask for my money back. He tells me if it is not done by Wednesday then I can have my money back. I tell him I don't have time to drive here for the fourth time with two kids and why can't he refund my money now. He starts yelling that it is not his problem and that I should call apple to complain. I tell him that I paid him for he service and not Apple, it's is now well over the 4 days that he originally told me. The store was really busy at this point and he was getting annoyed and hostile with having to deal with me and other customers hearing me complain. So he tells me to get the f%k out of his store and to f*%k off. I tell him not to cuss in front of my kid. He tells me I am a horrible mom and that he feels bad for my kids. He says he will call security and I am glad he does. Security tells me this guy is a jerk and you won't get anything from him. He denies saying these things to me, however other customers in the store are able to confrim that he did. He is refusing to put anything down on paper with his promises, Security finally gets him to write me a note saying that he will refund my money if not unlocked by 3pm Tuesday. The security guy even signed it for me as a witness because he knows this guy is a cheat. Security tells me to get them to escort me to the store next time and they will get him to refund my money. I will never set foot in this store again. I hope karma bites...

I came to this store to stick the cellphone‘s screen protector before, but it fell off in a few days, and then I came to this store again. The shop manager confidently said that the falling phone protector was not his, and his protects' quality were too good to fall off. He also asked me for the money for re-sticking, so I spent another ten dollars, which was speechless! ! ! Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. My girlfriend bought an unlock SIM card tray from this store. We had to return a day later because it wasn't installed correctly but that was solved and we went home. Three weeks later the phone showed no service and we returned to the store. The owner acknowledged that this was a poor product and showed us a pile of failed returns on his counter. He said he would be able to help us and we thought that meant replacing the item. I was wrong. He insisted that we have to pay for another one. I asked him why would he be selling a product that he clearly knows is inferior. Eventually the convo got heated and he started yelling at me saying "stop f** cussing in my store" when I was being very calm. I feel he made the situation seem worse than it was just to get me to leave. I refused to buy the same product when knowing it would fail again. Will never step foot in this store again.
