This was my first time eating at SIAM THAI BEEF NOODLE 泰國牛肉粉專門店. I ordered item #2010 ($13.99) - Thai Chicken Noodle Soup (走辣 Remove Spicy). I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic the noodles were and how good they tasted. The service was exceptional. Charmaine and Jessi went above and beyond when I was unsure what to order and asked for their recommendations. I expected them to suggest the most expensive item on the menu, but instead, they recommended the reasonably priced wonton dish. I opted for the Thai Chicken Noodle Soup instead. The ordering process was quick and easy, and the dish was prepared in a reasonable time. I appreciated the friendly shout-out in Thai from the kitchen staff. I will definitely be returning to SIAM THAI BEEF NOODLE the next time I'm at Pacific Mall. I'm also eager to try their delicious mango dessert and Thai tea. I had a fantastic experience with the curry noodle, Thai beef noodle, and green milk tea. The stewed beef in the curry noodle was especially impressive — it seemed to be lightly seared, giving the surface a pleasant firmness while keeping the inside melt-in-your-mouth tender. This texture held up beautifully in the rich curry broth, creating a perfect balance.

I also tried the clear beef noodle soup, which was a great option for those who prefer non-spicy dishes. The beef slices and tendon were incredibly tender, and the broth, though clear, was full of depth and flavor.

The green milk tea was another standout. It had a wonderfully fragrant jasmine aroma and a luxuriously thick texture — richer than most milk teas on the market. Truly unique and absolutely delicious.

i got the spicy Special Thai Beef Noodle Soup with the Thai green milk tea and it was really good! the Thai green milk tea was really good and tasted authentic - i want to try the red one next because i usually order the red milk tea from other places. the meal was actually quite good but the portion can be a bit small for specific people. for me, it was really filling! they also added a few beef balls which was really generous because usually, a lot of other noodle shops like pho places only add like one or two beef balls, so i really respect the generosity of the beef balls. my parents liked it too, which says a lot because they're usually super picky.

the employees working there were so sweet and helpful. since it's our first time trying this place, the two girls offered provided us with recommendations and explained specific meals to us.
