Horrible customer service.

I had seen this brand on TikTok and decided it would be nice to support a nice local brand. I live an hour away from this shop and I'm not able to make the commute so i decided to order from the website.

I placed an order and was told id receive it in 5-7 days. And honestly it should have been faster since I'm only an hour away, but i didn't mind.

fast forward 7 days, No tracking, No email response, Nobody picking up the phone, literally just gone ghost. I emailed twice and no response for the past 5 days, called 3 times and was put on hold for an hour to be told no one can answer it.

Keep in mind i paid $100 for 2 t-shirts... For that price i should at least be getting decent customer service and a response back? but nah just keep ghosting your customers, based on the other reviews saying the same thing i doubt this is going to change. Definitely going to talk to my bank about this

I spent 160 after tax on 3 custom t shirts. RIP OFF - I drove to the studio and made an order with a gentleman. He was not much help as he could not guide us on where to place the logo and asked us to send him the png file so they are not able to help with any edits or conversions of logo images. Their marketing is good I will admit as they even fooled me to think they would stand out compared to competitors. They use quality T SHIRTs but if you want to spend approx $160.00 on just THREE T-Shirts and get TERRIBLE advice on the placement of logo or images on the T shirts then you are in the right spot. Will NEVER get custom T shirts for my company here.

They SCAM you by asking you to do a GOOGLE REVIEW at the store so that you can get a 10% DISCOUNT. I was wondering how they got great reviews and now I know it is because they ask clients to do a review right there and then to get the discount. Obviously people are not going to do a bad review to get a discount. They ask for a review before you even try on...

We purchased 3 T-Shirts for around $160. Be advised that the shirts have slightly different prices that weren’t disclosed until after printing. Also there aren’t any graphic designers to help with your design. You’re simply intended to bring a PNG image for them to print with. I wish we could have had some help designing as it was my first time doing so and I wish they could have advised on placements etc. The logo i chose ended up being too big and is too far into the armpit area, instead of over the chest.
