Food preparation is bad !! What is this ? Who eats likes this ? This isn’t the first time I’ve got orders like this it’s either like this or it’s totally the wrong order !!!!!! Customer service is good the staff is nice but please please put someone in charge of food preparation that actually knows what they’re doing !! Unacceptable !!!

There staff members in the drive-tru 90% of the hand you your coffee holding it by the lid. Today, my rim of the cup was damaged, and the staff member still gave me the cup of coffee, which leaked out into my cup holder in my car, what fun it was to clean it up.

I had lunch at this Tim Horton. The food, service and atmosphere was all amazing. A girl called ANEESA was really friendly and kind enough to help me out. she is definitely is a dream staff member. Overall my experience at this Tim Horton was amazing.

I been going to this location for the past year and have been noticing the tone in some of the older workers, who do not understand how sometimes the way they speak to customers could come off as being rude. As I have not really cared so much about it in the past, today made me feel like i had to call them out. I noticed a back up in the drive thru so I went inside to order and a New hire was being "trained". The girl that was being trained took my order and I requested no cheese in my breakfast wrap and asked her to make it combo with a coffee and hash brown. The girl told me there is no cheese in the wrap, I understood she was a trainee and told her please double check because I know there is cheese in the wrap because I order it often. As soon as the girl turned to ask the 2 ladies making the wraps and and sandwiches if there was cheese, the lady in a very rude tone, did not even listen to her question, told her "do not disturb me go ask him" and pointed to a guy in completely different station. And i can hear the 2 ladies, who speak the same language as me, were talking about the new girl, saying " I cant keep helping her, she asks for much questions, she annoying" in Tamil so the girl will not understand. Later when the lady that made the wrap handed me the wrap, i told her i saw u put cheese in there and i said no cheese, than the lady, turned to the girl and began yelling at her saying why " didn't you tell me" and I interfered and told her the girl tried to come ask you because she did not know and you told her to not disturb you and to go away so loud that even i heard over the counter. Then the lady remade my wrap and i asked her where is my coffee and hash, to which she rudely responds, "sir u were not charged for it" and the other lady in the back says in Tamil to her " this boy does not know what he ordered check the system". I told her "you weren't even the one that took my order, how would you know, go check the system" and later she finds out she was wrong after me waiting almost 15 to minutes, the lady then directed her frustration to the new trainee that she told not to disturb her when she came to ask the question. She later told me the combo does not come with hashbrown.... FOR YEARS i been getting tim hortons breakfast combos, and i was ALWAYS got a hashbrown with the COMBO, i did not have any more time to waste at this location so i took the coffee and wrap and left 1000% dissatisfied. This location should retrain all their older staff before they train the new ones, because they clearly do not know how to communicate, they are rude to their own staff as well as customers and once they are wrong and get called out, they start making new rules about things not being included in a combo after i have paid money. As i mentioned, i have been going to this location for an year, but going forward i will be going to the one on the next next block, would not spend a penny at this location any more. I’ve been a regular customer at this location for a long time, but my recent experience was very disappointing. After placing my order at the drive-thru speaker, I began moving toward the pickup window — only about meter forward — when a staff member suddenly waved at me to stop. I didn’t see any reason to stop and continued to the window, where the employee (a woman with an Indian accent) greeted me with a visibly angry expression and an unprofessional attitude.

When I politely said I didn’t need a tray, she raised her voice and asked harshly, “You don’t want a tray?” and continued to glare at me throughout the entire interaction. This location often instructs customers to stop midway between the order and pickup windows, which causes confusion for other drivers and leads to frequent honking from behind. It seems inefficient and disruptive, especially during busy mornings.

I understand that every store may have its own procedures, but there’s no excuse for treating customers with hostility. I hope management takes this seriously and trains the staff to maintain respectful communication and improve the...

They never add enough ingredients into their wraps, I always feel like I have paid just to eat the bread. The chicken, sausage, lettuce – whatever it be in your wrap – doesn’t start until halfway in the wrap, and the first multiple bites are just bread. This is extremely poor on the employees’ side, as they are to ensure that you enjoy your meal and that it is made to the best of their abilities. I am disappointed by this, especially considering that sometimes I will be waiting for extended periods of time for my food to be made and it will be made in extremely poor quality given the amount of time they take. It is overpriced considering that I am paying for very cheap and thin wrapping of bread. Meanwhile the chicken, which is the most expensive ingredient of the meal, will only be present in minimal quantities...
