Out of all these reviews about how perfect everything was, this is the review that should be read before booking! Had a great time, and enjoyed ourselves however few things to keep in mind when booking with Amenah that she does not mention nor specify anywhere. Starting off if you order numbered balloons and one flies away due to wind or whatever the case may be during her setup before you even arrive, you will be charged for the single balloon. It happened to us and instead of the number 22 we had just number 2 which no one would want yet she charges you for it because of her mistake!! She should have taken more precautions, not our fault as we haven’t even showed up yet and it was during her set up, but we pay the price for her mistake. (I will insert pic of it lol) Also it doesn’t say anywhere and she doesn’t tell you that each candle you light costs $5 plus tax which if you look online for prices for candle sticks you will see that it is a very unfair price, especially for those cheap quality candles. (she charges even though it comes included in the package) so I will be the one to put that out there for you as she told me I will be charged extra 30$ plus tax which again she took out of our refund we were owed, and she states that she thinks it is not necessary to specifically mention anywhere that they cost extra to use so beware!!! If you have any food restrictions be sure to mention that its a restriction for every single food item provided (even if it is something obvious) as she is not careful, and I wasn’t provided with the food request I asked for. So any serious food request be sure to be very very careful as she doesn’t take precautions. She made a mistake for ours for one of the items in the s’mores kit and she just laughed and sarcastically asked if I really think shes going to go out of her way to make sure it is as requested for every item of food provided (I wish I was joking) so watch out especially for allergies. If she provides any complementary items due to not providing for what you asked for, she will use it against you if you complain about something that was not provided as requested. When it comes to complications especially refunds!! She instantly flips a switch and brings out her second face and causes problems when it comes to money so again, just be careful. Moral of the story, everything is good until problems/issues come up... When it comes to problems like these, if you aren’t satisfied with her side, she just suggests you to take legal action because she doesn’t want to compromise or meet in the middle, she just wants the money and wants her way. Seems like no one warns you about these things so take what you want from this review as this was my honest and exact experience with her. If everything goes perfectly the way you want then you should have no problems im hoping, otherwise you have been warned. Honestly if I knew she would be like this then I would have avoided her in the first place and chose a different more professional and better quality picnic...

I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I specifically asked Amenah to share me the link to write her a review because of how blown away me and my (now fiancé) were at her execution of the marriage proposal set up. From the moment I got in touch with Amenah I noticed how responsive she was to all of my texts and requests. It really made it feel like a bespoke experience where I was her only client at the time - when in reality she had a packed weekend ahead. I made my preferences known to her and put faith in her ability to deliver a product that would leave my girlfriend awe-struck and the result surpassed my expectations! She was absolutely speechless and told me how impressed she was by the execution! Amenah was also gracious enough to offer to stay for a bit to take pictures of us which was such a nice gesture. I would without question recommend her services to anyone out there who is seeking to experience a charming and romantic set up with their loved one! Amenah deserves nothing...

The Picnics Toronto Team helped bring the vision i had for my proposal to life. For 2 months we were in constant communication. The professionalism of Amenah and her team is second to none. Whatever request I had for my occasion, the team was ready to make it a reality or find a better alternative. I had zero worries about what my proposal would look like and how it would go because of the amount of relief the team provided.
