Disgraceful Experience – Over and Over Again
I honestly don’t know why I kept giving this Tim Hortons chance after chance. Maybe because it’s close to my house, but after today, I’m done. This was the last straw.
The service here is consistently appalling. The staff are disgustingly rude, and I’m not exaggerating. If you’re not part of their particular racial background, good luck getting basic decency. It feels like you’re being treated like an inconvenience from the moment you walk in.
I waited over eight minutes today. I was literally the only customer in line, and not a single staff member came to take my order. Three of them were behind the counter, clearly saw me, and completely ignored me. No explanation, no “be right with you,” nothing.
When someone finally does decide to serve you, they’re often talking over their shoulder in another language, barely paying attention. You have to repeat your order three or four times, and even then, it’s usually wrong. If it’s coffee? It’s either burned, bitter, or just completely off. I honestly can’t remember the last time they got it right.
The staff are unprofessional, disorganized, and seem to care less than zero about the customers standing in front of them. It’s an absolute joke.
I’m sick and tired of walking away from this place feeling frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed. There are plenty of Tim Hortons out there. This one is the worst.

Read moreJan. 24, 2024, around 8am. I drove through this Tim Hortons and ordered an offer. After the offer I also ordered a free coffee from my points. They insisted that it did not work. while I explain to the lady in the window it always works before from other Tim Horton experience. The lady is so rude and just uses crapy English to yealing me to "go, leave". I explained to her in patient that for sure it works because I ordered the same way in other Tim Hortons before. It is my free coffee, not offer. I suggested they could simply try scan to verify whether it works or not. However, the lady very rudely blamed me that I don't know Tim Hortons and blocked other cars. Her attitude is extremely horrible and brutely insists not trying to scan and continues yealing "go" to me. Until another staff came and scaned my QR code it showed works!! Even though it is clearly proof she was wrong, she still brutely complained I blocked the other car. What a ridiculous this Tim Hortons!! I would know how the manager trains her/his staff. Lack of knowledge/training/attitude. I am very upset about this experience in this Tim store!!
Hi, You owe your customer a big apology. You don't know your system and blame your customer with such big rude attitude. Customer comes to pay to get their food, not to teach you how your system works. You ruin the morning for your customers and need apology...
Read moreThe staff at this branch is very unprofessional. I ordered my meal 5 minutes in advance and walk in to pick it up. However, when I arrived, the lady said she didn't receive my order. I gave her the pick-up number. She found it in the system. Then she continued to serve the customers who came in later. Then I asked her where my meal was since I ordered first. She said it was drive-thru order so I had to wait for drive thru system to serve my order. I always use mobile app to order my coffee. I think I absolutely know how it works. I don’t think it’s hard for them to make an apology and give me my coffee.
