Moody Blooms created an incredible bespoke floral experience for a seance at our c. 1865 Victorian gothic manor. The result was an on point fusion of historical reference and contemporary aesthetics and the installation involved several large pieces (an entire staircase banner, two mantlepieces, a piano topper, a tablescape), a half a dozen arrangements in period-specific urns and vases and an assortment of flower crowns and boutonnieres for our spiritualist attendees to wear. With a high level brief on the event, pictures of the space and a few ideas for palette, Katie at Moody Blooms designed a stunning and cohesive series using mixed fresh and dried blooms that transported us back to the 19th century. Katie is a red seal horticulturalist and we look forward to collaborating with her on future events....

Working with Katie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Katie is extremely professional, creative, kind, and thorough, taking the time to really listen and help couples to create a beautiful design. She was also very generous, helping us make other decisions about candles and tablecloth colours to best compliment her flowers and bring the design together. She was very respectful of our modest budget, and despite having a smaller budget, we were blown away by the results. Our venue looked absolutely gorgeous and was completely transformed. We had Katie do our wedding flowers back in August. Planning a wedding isn't easy and can be stressful at times but working with her was such a delight. She asked all the right questions to get into my mind and make my vision come true. I loved how she incorporated seasonal flowers that were full of life and colour. She did the all the flowers for the wedding party and family members involved. We also had her do the cake topper. With the heat feeling like over 40 they lasted all day.
