Mr.E's Solve-it-torium — Local services in Medicine Hat

Was there last weekend. Could have been great but turned into a let down. Great puzzles, but... One of the breakers blew, okay, no big deal..except the main drawer containing what we were looking for opened and some other things happened. We had to ask the things to be reset and reset some ourselves. The kicker though. We spent 20 mins on a puzzle we would never have been able to solve because the room wasn't set up properly. We were missing a sheet of paper that would have been used to decipher sheet music. There was no way we could have solved this. The employee sas very nice though and apologized for the missing ifo.Finally being given the answer we finished the room but left feeling like it was s huge let down. Won't return because I wouldn't want to come across that again. Major bummer never having chance from...

Last year I did the Manor room with a friend and our daughters and we had a blast... I finally got it in gear and made it back to try out the next room, the Museum, with the rest of our family... the wife and I had a blast, my daughter loved to see the next chapter in the story, and my son's mind was blown. We can't wait to finish the 'trilogy' with the Moratorium... very fun, and I highly recommend this.

I should also mention that my daughter is ten and my son is eight... while they're probably too young to go as a group with their peers, I was surprised both times at how handy it is to have younger people in your group... a child's perspective often solves a riddle or puzzle that an adult might be too 'trained' not to see around. My recommendation includes bringing the kids... easily the coolest family teamwork...

I would highly recommend this adventure to anyone who wants some excitement, mind-provoking challenges and exhilarating fun. Ryan and Rita are fantastic hosts and will do everything possible to make your visit memorable.

From the Mansion to the Museum to the Moratorium...all the rooms challenge the group in different ways...making teamwork a must!
